Order filters for my CPAP machine.. 2 weeks later it still indicate by tracking
it in California and it's supposed to been delivered to me by the 25th of June. A representative call me with no explanation why I didn't get my package. He indicated he would ship some filters and give me a mask. Even though I order a mask before I realized I would be having problems with my first order. Let's see how this turns out and if I can upgrade the Stars

3 of the 5 Masks ripped after one wash
3 of the 5 Masks ripped after one wash. Not happy with the quality. Also my debit card was compromised and used for $200 in purchases. Obviously don’t know for sure that it was due to my mask purchases, but cpap fix was the only online site that I used my card in the days leading up to The fraudulent activity.

Ordered items still sitting in California
Ordered items on April 26, advertised as shipping the next day. Eight days later, still shows sitting at the same location. Disingenuous at best advertising.

After taking care of a small communications problem I received my order Filters are excellent an rival those I previously received from my regular provider. I Would however recommend putting a customer service phone Number on your site so that problems can be resovled more quickly.

I realize that shipping is free
I realize that shipping is free, but six days in limbo before it’s picked up by USPS? I finally got an update in the status today, and it will arrive 10 days after I ordered it. Luckily, I didn’t need it in a hurry. Time will tell as to the quality of the product, as I still have not received it yet.
