The WORST customer service representatives possible. Persistent in their lack of knowledge and unwilling to help or make the issue right. Lack of disclaimers on website stating certain masks do not work with certain cpap machine hardware. Now I'm stuck with an expensive mask that doesn't connect to my climeateline air hoses. Tried to bring this to their attention, got yelled at and told persistently the mask works with my machine when it does not.

I placed an order with a certain company for nearly 30 units of a product. They charged me for the full 30 units initially. However, the following day, they sent me an email stating that they did not have sufficient stock to fulfill the entire order of 30 units. Without seeking my consent, they unilaterally processed the order for 12 units, including the applicable taxes. They confirmed this order without my explicit approval and assured me that the remaining amount would be refunded to my credit card.

To my frustration, I have yet to receive the promised refund despite my attempts to contact them through calls and emails. In fact, one of their senior executives went as far as to threaten me, stating that if I continued to reach out to them, they would block my email communications, which they subsequently did.

I possess all the necessary evidence to support my claims, including order payment records and credit card statements that clearly indicate the absence of any refund from Cpapnation.

I must express my deep disappointment with the company's subpar customer service, their unprofessional conduct, and their apparent disregard for ethical business practices. They have, in essence, engaged in what appears to be blackmail and scams.

I urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research their reputation before proceeding.
