The driver was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that the delivery went without problems.
I did order on line and ask for a call the day before the delivery this did not happen. I also asked for a small tanker but a large one turned up even more credit to the driver for completing the delivery

Good communication
Always texts in advance which makes it easier for me to prepare for the delivery. The delivery driver I often get is very polite, respectful of the property and always makes sure I get the receipt

Day prior notification not received
Ordered oil at the start of July which was received within the agreed timeframe. However I asked for notification the day before to ensure we were available to give access. We did not receive it, the delivery driver just turned up. Luckily we were at home and available to let him in.
I complained and received a prompt acknowledgment of the complaint with an undertaking to get back to me with an explanation of their error. Three weeks later nothing received.
So, if you need to know the day before a delivery you may want to try another company.
Note I placed my order with CPS, the oil was delivered by Goff, they are the same corporate company. I have since discovered the many so called 'local brand' oil companies are run by the same parent.
