I originally gave this site a bad review. However I have had first class customer service from their online link. My original invoice said my order was discontinued and I was sent something I simply didn’t want. The correct goods were dispatched promptly and I was responded to immediately on line with every query I raised. My postage for returning the incorrect goods was refunded immediately.

I've now had my 3rd mystery box and I absolutely love them. The quality is brilliant. Definitely ordering more

Nothing went wrong i just get the impression that they get there stock from somewhere cheap and re brand and re sell it for twice the price. some of the quality of the pictures are terrible you could get cheaper and better quality pictures looking on Temu

Ordered from this website multiple times. I am currently doing the Harry Potter sticker book. Good prices, never had an issue with items, always sent out and received promptly. Would recommend.

Have been buying from this company for over a year now and I love them so much. I’ve never had any issues with any orders and everything I have ever ordered, arrives as it should.

I really enjoyed the Disney sticker book and came back for the Harry Potter one. I’ve also done other projects from them and they are consistently well made craft packs. Easy to make/put together when you’re finished. I do wish there was more variety when it comes to the Harry Potter sticker book, however from what I understand, it’s due to licensing.

Heard good things about craft buddy and ordered the rainbow roses. Didn’t realise they come without stems which seems a bit stupid so the roses will end up costing £50 so sending them back

Absolutely love Craft Buddy, in Aug I bought the Lilo, Stitch, Groot and Large Angel crystal art buddies for my ieces birthday presents. They arrived with in a few days, quality is amazing she loved them.

Even dad liked them, their not really big so perfect for small art activities. I got the Stitch Christmas card for her too and again amazing quality. Yes I will be buying again

Customer service especially from Meena very good. Finally got the order even though local shop. Let me down. I did not want to create a Klarna account, etc which is a pain in the neck. But many thanks to Meena.

I started the Disney Diamond Art sticker book. Was very happy with the first few orders I placed. The last order there were several duplicates in two of the packs. I expected duplicates but not in the same pack of three. I contacted Craft Buddy about it and sent pictures of the two duplicates I received. They sent two replacements immediately. I was very impressed until I received them and they were the same stickers I had emailed them about. It has led me to finding another source as I don’t feel they really bothered with my original email.

I have ordered several canvases as gifts for friends and several cards for people and I cannot fault the quality of them, I have only had one issue with one canvas and I contacted the customer service team. They replied back quickly and offered me a replacement or a refund. I took the replacement and it has arrived to me within a day.

100/10, will continue to order from them.

I love this site I order Disney 100 years od=f wonder sticker/diamond art book and a lot of the diamonds arts stickers. I wouldn't go to any other company this is the best company out there. fast delivery too
