I purchased a Magnificent LED table magnifying lamp and this product certainly lives up to its name. It is BRILLIANT and magnificent, and I wonder how I have gotten along without it. It is perfect for my jewellery making business. It has allowed me to be a lot more productive and is essential especially during the dismal autumn and winter months. This is the second time I have bought from Craft Lamps because my experience first time was so good. I have not been disappointed this time either! I puchased an Ottlite floor lamp and its bulb is really good for my eyes for both reading and doing tapestry work. The lamp was packaged well and delivered next working day as promised - excellent service.

Item came quickly and was as good as I could expect. However, there was a problem with the clamp that fixed the lamp on my drawing board, which is set at a sloping angle. This was sorted out with a quick phone call to Jerry who seemed familiar with the problem and recommended the special desk clamp. This arrived the following day but it would have been easier if there was mention of this problem and how to solve it on the website. I could have ordered the second clamp with the original lamp order, saving time, a phone call and extra postage.

Just a small quibble in an otherwise excellent service.
