Lovely run and mixers but items missing

I ordered a 3 month subscription, but only 1 box ever arrived. There was absolutely no response to multiple emails to follow up on this. I am extremely disappointed.

Purchased a six month rum box subscription in November 2024 as a gift. We received 2 boxes - November and December - both fantastic. Then a message was sent out in January 2025 informing me of a suspension to the subscription service. Not a word since then, calls and emails are ignored. A scam? Very disappointed. I have now reported them to UK Trading Standards.

Ordered a bottle of rum a week ago. Order still shows as processing. No response from email and phone numbers just go to voicemail. Left message and still no response.
Very disappointing. Delays are one thing, they happen, but lack of communication is just unacceptable.
Avoid.

I ordered 2 items from Craft Rum Club but only ever received one.
I have attempted to contact the team multiple times via email and phone (leaving a message on their voicemail) and have had no attempts to contact me back.
I would like to believe this is an innocent mistake, and the fact I did receive one item suggests this isn't a scam, but the lack of contact implies I am just £25 out of pocket.
I would be happy to update this review if the situation changes, but until then I feel I have exhausted my options.

Excellent service as always from craft rum club. This months rum box blows other companies out of the water, with exciting flavours, exclusive branding and goodies galore. Customer service is always outstanding and staff knowledgeable.
I won’t give spoilers, but true rum enthusiasts, you need to get your hands on the September bumper box!

I’ve been a member for 4 years and still each and every month they send fabulous rums that somehow manage to trump their previous months triumph. I honestly don’t know how they keep finding them all.

The customer service is first class. On the rare occasion that I had an issue, they responded fast and resolved promptly. The most memorable of these was when Royal Mail were striking and my box went missing, Craft Rum Club offered to hand deliver me a box despite being at least an hour’s drive away. You just wouldn’t get customer service like that from a big corporation!

I’ve been a member of the Craft Rum Club for a while and I’m loving my monthly rum fix. They’re a family business with a true passion for rum and their customer service is top class. This month, I received the amazing Carupano 12-Year Rum, I’d never heard of it but it’s an instant favourite. Had a great night sharing this with friends, trying out cocktails and the Carupano Rum Ritual. If you’re looking to experiment with rum, not the stuff in the supermarkets or the over-priced ones online join the Craft Rum Club. They’re not gin lovers looking to make a quick buck, they select great rums because they love rum and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend signing up!

We were excited to receive an authentic spiced rum (as their website states) “from around the world” instead we got a bottle of Rumrise, which is from Horsham! A little investigation shows this isn’t a (following text from their website) “ best tasting Rums in the form of premium, craft and spiced from around the world.” , instead it’s a non craft “custom” rum more of a marketing gimmick over an authentic spiced rum.

Just received my monthly box of rum.
Lost years rum is absolutely superb. White rum but has the deep smoothness of a dark rum .
This company delivers the most unusual rum, its great to try all different ones every month that you can't buy in normal supermarkets or in a bar.
I love looking forward to new rums every month

Iv been a member for over a year and Iv no interest in cancelling my subscription anytime soon.

Always pleasantly surprised with the quality of rums that come every month which a vast majority I would have never have tried if not for Craft Rum Club.
Which has helped me open up my mind and palate.

If there was any issue (very rare) then they will do anything possible to sort it.

I've been a Member for more than 4 months now and have been delighted by the chosen Rum and all the other goodies you get each month. Really great service and excellent value for money. This is a new family company deserving of support from rum collectors and explorers here in the UK.
