Yup, it's a scam website. I placed 2 orders for cactus silk cushion covers and received confirmation emails. Then several weeks later I realised that I still hadn't receive any shipping notification emails from them. So I replied to the order confirmation email to enquire about the delay, but never received a reply. I went to the website, only to discover that it no longer exists. Yet I still see their ads popping up on social media, so it looks like they're still trying to scam new people. BEWARE.

Scam!!!! Reported them on all sites!

Never the my order and I tried to contact them daily to see what was going on but they just ignored me

Placed my order Oct 22, 2021. I reached out to them at the end of November and they had responded that they were going to work on my order and I should have it the following week. We are Feb 16, 2022 now. They stopped responding via email, via FB messenger and via Chat on their website.

Still waiting for my order that was placed on November 9, 2021. Their customer support stopped responding and the store has claimed to have more shipment in stock.

I placed a shipment order with Crafts Zone in the beginning of November. I have reached out various times since on different media platforms and received a couple of vague answers. I recently asked for my money back, and it shows on Instagram that they read my message, but have not replied. DO NOT SHOP HERE! The service has been awful, vague and my shipment has not arrived.

I placed an order at the beginning of December! So far, no information. The site is down! The track number sent to Aramex says that the service has not yet received the order. Give me back my money please!! Stopped responding to messages!

I placed my order for 2 Moroccan poufs August 8th and I received them today January 12th so 5 months later.I ,like many other reviewers was really frustrated initially by the lack of follow up. But after sending four emails ( and a 1 star review) I did receive a phone call and then an update via WhatsApp that my poufs were shipped. They are so beautiful and better than I expected and I guess with Covid international shipping has been disrupted . I hope the artisans who make these beautiful things are doing well and are able to continue to produce such lovely timeless items .

I ordred 3 OKT 2021, and still no delivery, I think this is an fake web shop , my money is taken long time ago - and no ansvar on mail -

I placed an order on December 12 for four pillow cases and estimated delivery was Dec 21 or soon after. I tried to reach them by email but have not heard back. I downloaded the Shop app to track my order and so far it says "Order placed". I realize times are weird, and shippings can take forever especially if overseas but it just seems odd that I have not got any email from them since I placed the order to notify about anything.

UPDATE 06/30/2022: Crafts ZONE on Facebook is back with the same tactic to lure people! Report this page!!! Yes, you can! Stop them from scamming people!!! **** I ordered back in October but I only get promises after promises. They have auto-reply set in Facebook, and they also delete customers' comments about how long it's been taking them waiting for their already paid orders. I email them, send them messages, but they barely respond. In November, they sent me a tracking number that never works. I even created an account in ARAMEX but still the tracking number is not working or updating. SO, I don't know what their plan is, where is my order, what happened in ARAMEX... It is just frustrating because they take your money away that easily but the waiting game is too much. !!!***** I will keep this post UNTIL I receive my order ******!!! TO CRAFTS ZONE, YOU SAID THE ARTISAN WAS FINISHING THE PRODUCT FOR ME ON OCTOBER 31, 2021. WHERE IS IT NOW THEN? AND, TODAY YOU ARE POSTING IN FACEBOOK THAT YOU ARE RESTOCKING???*** HAPPY NEW YEAR 2022! Still no order in sight! They said they were trying to open a new one. Been messaging them in email and on Facebook. No response, just the auto-generated replies. Lucky those who received their items. But for us who haven't, it's all just been a regret! *** Feb-01-2022: HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! Still no item received! Your website is still down! *** Feb-03-2022: You stopped the auto-replies on Facebook messenger. And you don't 'Seen' my messages anymore. Looks like you're gone for good. ***

The whole process with Crafts Zone was excellent. Quick responses, follow up questions about what I wanted and they kept me informed of timelines. The painting itself is simply wonderful and very well executed. It makes us smile and we're extremely happy to own the pillows.

DON'T DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS. Further to my last bad review, it is seven weeks since my first order and a month since my second order. Despite initial promises, they must have thought I would go away.Plus you gave me the same tracking number for 2 different orders a month apart and according to Moroccan Post, there is no such tracking number. I demand an immediate answer or it will be boots on the ground in Morocco and a canceled visa with a big black mark against your company perhaps even a canceled visa facility for you. You have 24 hours to respond...weeks on, finally tracked them down in Morocco. After much blah blah, finally, they sent my cushions. Sadly, they are not the colour I ordered. Part of my order was for 5 pink bolster style cushions. I received one pink and 5 fuschia. Very disappointing. Have left it in their hands but no remedy in sight. They asked me to delete my post on here, but for me that wouldn't be honest. Be very weary.

Good quality throw pillows, good customer support. Highly recommended for all things boho/Moroccan.
