The removal team were lovely and so, so hardworking. Their friendliness and willingness to make sure everything was put in the right place, made an emotional day with all its stresses and strains, a really positive day. They were short staffed and so brought in two young men from another removal company and they were well picked by Craig, because they too were absolutely stellar. We were told the move was going to be over two days but then at the last minute, were told it was going to be on the moving date, which threw us into a bit of a tizzy as we had run out of boxes and were going to use theirs. We did manage to get some more. We had a hut full of bee farming equipment with some very heavy equipment. They moved that for us and just got on with it. The one day move meant we didn’t leave our old house until 2.30pm which is an hour and half past the time … not that it matters to be honest. I would say just make sure that the ‘window’ they give you is confirmed three to four days before hand, when planning your packing. It’s probably best to assume you might have to have everything ready for the day if you can. The team were so accommodating and helpful though and it was a smooth journey on a very hot day! Was really impressed with the way Craig Atkinson Removals handled my moving home. They were efficient at getting a quote to me, understanding when moving dates had to be changed, great at keeping me informed and absolutely fantastic on removal day. Everything was meticulously packed so all items arrived safe and sound. The lads also had to dismantle and rebuild a very heavy painted wardrobe and take furniture up a narrow staircase. I was expecting some chips to the paintwork but no everything was left in immaculate condition. Cannot recommended them more highly.

Our move was drawn out affair with constantly changing removal dates. Fortunately I had taken insurance out to protect our move as suggested by Craig. Throughout the process Jodie showed great patience and humour with our fluctuating dates. We took advantage of their packing service which was done efficiently. The actual move went smoothly with the guys working very hard during a hot day. Overall very happy but I don't want to move again in a hurry!

Really Impressed by how these guys dealt with changes, an unexpected 9 months delay between moving out and moving in and then a long drive for the final delivery. Best thing about Craig Atkinson Removals is you get to deal with the owners who are on hand to smooth things along. Thanks for completing our move. Special thanks for looking after the white canvas paintings through 9 months of storage and delivered back safely to us. Would definitely use you again and recommend to anyone that asks.

Genuinely a superb service provider. No breakages, scuffs or scrapes. We paid extra for the dismantling and reassembling service. When it transpired they could remove the item of furniture in one piece, they refunded the money for that additional service, no questions asked.

From the moment Craig arrived to give us a quote, to the day that Jodie, Steve and Corey came in to pack everything up to move us to our new home, they have been amazing.
We was dreading moving, especially as we had only moved 18 months previous. But Craig and his team went out of their way to make everything run smoothly. Not only did they empty my 3 bed house. They also emptied my attic with over 50 boxes of lego, and our garage, with my husbands 1001 tools. And they did it all with a smile on their face. They were all so polite and professional, and if you want the best in removals then Craig and his team are it.

Craig Atkinson Removals carried out our house move late November 2024, they arrived on time on the day and the three guys were absolutely fantastic, within two hours the house was empty with all our items neatly and safely packed into three vehicles, at the other end our items were promptly placed into the rooms of our choice, the guys were not deterred even when we had to take out the front window to allow access for the sofa, the guys were very friendly, polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I withheld posting a review until I had unpacked our boxes; but needn't have been concerned as the only breakage was of my own doing, all our items were put into the house with no damage to either the items or our house, its highly unlikely that we will be moving again however, I have no concerns about recommending this company to anyone wanting a hassle free move.

Prior to this move, I had not needed a full house move. I contact Craig Atkinson removals to complete a full house move.vfrom the very get go, I knew this was a really professional outfit. I was able to do a ten minute video walking around the house giving the guys an idea of the items that would need to be moved. The communication from the team was exceptional. Once completed, I received a very reasonable quote for the house move. Just prior to the move date, Craig and team were in contact to see if we needed any support. On the move day, we had three polite, courteous, respectful and genuine guys arrived bang on the time they said it would take place. The removal guys were respectful of both properties and all of our possessions. The full move was completed in around 6-7 hours which was brilliant. The full team have been brilliant and I can't stress enough how easy the team have made this house move. I would recommend Craig and his team to anyone who needs any removal completing.
