I’m only giving them a one star because I couldn’t even proceed without giving them one star or I would give them zero…

I’m only giving them a one star because I have to to write this review. I bought a product on Amazon prime December 4 received it December 6. The product only lasted me to possibly three days. I have been sending them all the photos of their defective product over and over again for days I sent them everything they asked me they send me the same email or ask for one more photo and I send everything to them. I send them proof of purchase and everything and they ask for it again over and over it the emails are repeated With nothing they say they offer a one-year guarantee or replacement or what have you know they don’t I’ve literally had my product for a few days I’m speaking about December 4, 2023 to December 6, 2023 when I received it a few days later my item, my purchase was Broken or whatever it literally fell apart. I contacted them and I’m getting nowhere. I send them everything they ask and I ask for it again I don’t understand. I filled out everything that they asked me to do and they tell me oh it’s might be a leak a leak the whole bottom fell out there’s no leak I can’t even sell the product it was a humidifier Absolutely zero I have purchased from them over the years. The same type of product never had an issue. That is why I chose to buy their product again. Unfortunately that was a huge mistake and waste of money. Their customer service is horrible. Absolutely horrible. do not buy from them. If anything happens you’re stuck whatever it’s drama. It’s chaos that they’re not there to help you or refund or give you a new item or what have you there is no such thing is a one-year guarantee. I’ve only had it for a few days not even a month I only used it a few times if that And they’re not holding up to their year promise guarantee or whatever you have it I’m not even out of month and it’s nothing but games horrible horrible horrible do not purchase from them as if something came up or something was defective. You’re stuck with it don’t expect anything to be replaced expect repeat emails after repeat emails after you responded and did everything they asked. It’s absolutely the wrong way to do Customer service?.

These pans are incredible

These pans are incredible. Definitely worth your money and your time. We have bought three crane pans 3 years ago and have never regretted it. They look and cook beautifully.

It seems there is some personal stuff going on in the background of the company so it might be wise to be a little patient with them for the moment.

I'm in no way connected or endorsed by them, but I feel its good to remember these objects are made and distributed by people and sometimes things happen to these people that clash with how we are led to believe we should be treated as a customer. I think it might actually be a good reminder that we are fellow humans as well and not only the passive consumer of a product.

It will make the connection with these beautifully crafted pans all the more strong when they have arrived.

Disappointing!

Ordered item whilst on offer. Never received and no communication. Refunded without ever replying or getting in touch months later then put prices back up. Queried why refund me then put up price. They said out of stock yet full price in stock. They said would fulfill my order at offer price. Months down the line and nobody will get back to me. Very disappointing the way they are messing people around and wasting time.

C3 Cast Iron Fry Pan Ordered, Paid For and Never Received…

C3 Cast Iron Fry Pan was ordered and paid for on December 30, 2022. Several emails have been sent to Charmaine requesting a status update or if the item is no longer available to please cancel and issue a refund. As of today's date April 18, 2023, I have not received a response.
Very discouraging experience! Charmaine is certainly not a responsible business owner especially when her website did sell high quality cookware and I believed she would be fair and honest with her customers.

In Administration

After waiting more than 9 months with nothing but empty promises to be told when I ask for a refund they are now in administration is a bit of a joke.

I have written to the Administrators with no reply, I guess it is in Pre-Pack and will pop up under another name. Luckily I have managed to get a refund from my CC co.

Very Very disapointed to be strung along then let down in this way.

I have ordered mine August 2022 i am…

I have ordered mine August 2022 i am still waiting. I was told it will be Sept, Dec, Jan and lastly mid Feb. I have emailed them to follow up. After the end of Feb as still no cookware I have asked for a refund. 2x email sent no response and no refund.

AVOID!! ZERO STARS!

AVOID!!! ZERO STARS! They take your money, delay you by months and then refuse to refund you. I only got my money back by taking up a dispute through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM CRANE!

Pans stained already

Pans stained already, not marked as Crane cookware. Not received any guarantee, no paperwork at all. We did have to wait a long time after payment but we’re prepared for that.

Save yourself the hassle

Placed an order in October, told stock was arriving and delivery for November, this then slipped to December. The email stated "I can confidently inform you your order will be fulfilled by mid-December". December came and went. Email in January stating "our aim is to fulfil all outstanding orders by end of January". Mid January - entire order refunded, no explanation, no apology. Nothing.

Usual woe is me excuses added to every less than glowing review on here. Scale your business to the size the one person operation can manage. Don't sell what you haven't got, don't lie to people and communicate.

I see the contentious S-Series products are now gone from the site. Seriously, save yourself the hassle and buy your cookware elsewhere.

I really like the pan but

I really like the pan, but the delivery time was a bit ridiculous. They did keep me informed, and explained that it was due to supply issues, but I don't think they should be marketing so widely if they can't fulfil orders. Mine took nearly a year to arrive!

Really really delayed delivery

Really really delayed delivery. Expected date kept being pushed back with minimal information. I’d be told it was April and then would hear nothing at all, and then heard it was in next couple of weeks and it took months. When I tried to cancel my order I was then repeatedly ignored and they still refuse to answer my emails. Avoid at all costs. This is no way to run a business

Delivery took an awfully long time

Delivery took an awfully long time. Kept changing delivery dates at short notice meaning I had to chase multiple times for my order. I ordered at end of July and got my pans in early November.

Buyer beware !

Ordered a pan just after Christmas. Very poor communication, and now the item is not even on the website. I’ve been charged the full amount and no communication of where it is/when it will turn up. I’ve had to lodge a formal complaint through PayPal to try and get my money back. Buyer be ware!

Poor communication, souring relationships.

Pre-ordered a pan for a Christmas present which stated it would be for the end of January, received an email around two weeks later which explained they are having delays but still hoped to get the orders in time, fair enough. My order was refunded on the 14th of Jan, with no apology, no explanation or even an offer to wait an extended period for the pan, just a notice of refund and nothing more. I would have liked some more information, could I reorder later, what has gone wrong etc Again, being a small company, I can understand if the orders have been oversold, annoying but these things happen. I have reached out via email and Facebook for an explanation and have been totally ignored. I don't mind not getting the item, there are others on the market, but the lack of communication especially when reaching out has really left a bad taste in my mouth. It seemed like a nice small company making a good product so I wanted to support them. So, I can't recommend them, what a shame!

I’ll start by being fair

I’ll start by being fair - the pans I did receive were very good.

However, half the order could not be fulfilled - these were ordered in July and various delivery dates have been suggested and never fulfilled - I have difficulty in having any sympathy for a company who allow you to spend money with them and don’t actually have any stock or knowledge of when they will have it - if you have supply problems simply stop taking peoples money and sort your issues out - I finally have been offered a refund out of the blue - yet no compensation or good will gesture - I would certainly recommend that anyone considering purchasing contact the company owner to make sure the items are in stock. It’s difficult to have sympathy for this company - whatever your size don’t bite off more than you can chew and perhaps the right thing to do was not to offer for sale items you couldn’t supply in the first place.

A very disappointed and disillusioned consumer.

I ordered a pan from Crane sometime in…

I ordered a pan from Crane sometime in June I think, needless to say as many of the other reviews state, there were long delays and four months later still no sign of the pan.
Eventually I was able to contact the the Crane representative on the phone, she explained her side of the story, apologised for the delay and refunded me.
A month after that the same lady sent me the pan I had ordered, free of charge as way of apology.
Ultimately I think Crane have gone through a tough time restructuring after a difficult couple of years. Hopefully the supply issues are behind them now and they can get back to supplying nice pans.
With all that said Crane could be better at communication and letting their customer base know what is going on.
