Lost Lookin in magazine now found …
Been searching for this Lookin magazine for so long I never thought I'd find it, the seller very kindly packed in polythene bag and sturdy packaging and I was stunned to find it was in Brand New condition from 1988 if you are a Magazine Collector I highly recommend you try this shop and the Seller they are as professional as it gets in magazine collecting
No order, no service
I have sent more than one mail requesting information about certain magazines, and I've requested price quotes on numerous occasions. The proprietor unfortunately refuses to give me a reply to my questions. However, should I place and order tonight as I've done several times in the past, she will not waste time with my payment or order confirmation. In short, if you know the title you want and the magazine is in stock, you'll probably have no problem. But should you pose a legitimate question, one that isn't frequently asked apparently, then she really can't be bothered to answer or assist you.
Update:
a) I know what it's like to care for a terminally ill parent, so I am therefore sorry for both you and your mother. But I also had to run a business and I never dared speak to any of our customers, like you're doing to me. After all, people are not psychic, you know?
b) You want to know what a clear message would be that you're closed? Take your site offline. And if you didn't want to be confronted with e-mails and requests from impatient and frustrated (ex-)customers, you could have placed the same message that you've now posted online into an auto-reply. Or you could have mentioned that you were not only closed for business, but that all e-mails from customers wouldn't be answered. I'm sorry, but who keeps a site online for 5 years, without doing any business?
c) You feel my comments are unfair? Then you should have removed the Trustpilot option from your website. You were still online, remember?
d) I think it's lovely that you're fond of nostalgia, and that you feel the need to mention that you once ran a successfull business. But hopefully you also understand, that most customers are only interested in here and now? After all, Great Britain was also a functioning, fully fledged democracy and EU member state once, that was run by smart career politicians. And now look at it! Yours is definitely an island mentality; only looking inward and oblivious to what's going on in the rest of the world. You can't even ship to the EU due to high costs and red tape. Strange thing is though, that colleagues of yours are shipping to "the continent" at (very) reasonable prices. But of course, you are special.

Excellent quality of magazine and delivery
I was not expecting a tip top quality for my 1986 magazine, and the write-up did say "yellowing of page edges", however I was really pleased with the much better quality than anticipated. I also received an e-mail reply just a few hours after my order was sent giving me an idea of delivery time. My further reply to them and they sent it to fit in with my availability. Really brilliant service.
