D1000 printer paper weight

D1000 printer came in broken. Cost more than $30,000. They said that the broken parts were unnecessary. Then something else broke. They said to unplug it. Then something else broke. They sent new parts, which caused the entire printer to not work. The will only send a tech to repair it, if we pay for the tech. This is an extremely expensive paper weight.

$30K trash, I can't call it a 3d printer cause it doesn't work

We received our $30K printer damaged in shipping (level nuts broken). Creatbot support said they were not necessary. Then the leveling bed would not work. They said just to unplug something and it would work. Then another sensor failed. They sent us a new mother board, now nothing works. We requested a tech and they said we would have to pay for him to come to Montana, and that it was not cost effective. We've had the $30K printer for a year and it still doesn't work. We will be file a lemon complaint.

It's not the first time

It's not the first time. This time I wanted to purchase spareparts. A) This not possible to complete online. So I had to write an email request. It's the same Richard who replies and it takes a lot forth and back to make clear what I want. I pay and for a month nothing happened. I ask again via email why things hasn't been shipped, and I'm giving excuses that he want the serial number of the, possible 1 out of 5, printers ever sold. I give the number. And now upon receiving the parts, one of the main items is not included. I am indeed super unhappy, because I don't have confidence in communicating with this said Richard and second, the printer itself is just so bad itself, it's not really worth the effort to repair it. These few spares has cost more than a reasonable new printer would cost. No point in bothering with it any further

1,5 years old F1000 still not running correctly - no service!

My Company bought a F1000 for 1,5 years ago and it is still not working correctly. The support from CreatBot is not existing any more as they just ignoring my emails and my request to send a technician.
I have bought a 40.000 € for 1,5 which did not work correctly when recived, CreatBot was good to send a lot of new parts in the beginning (all have basely been change now, motors, drivers etc.), but every time, I have to pay 500 € to a technician from the CreatBot dealer... So I have paid 3-4000 € extra for nothing.
All the expenses is without talking about fillaments, power bills, BL-touch's and mainly my own time.
Now there is still problems, but CreatBot haven't answered me for over 2 weeks. We are still in the same warranty claim case as in the beginning...

I would never recommend a CreatBot printer to any one for the lack of service alone.
