I ordered two Lumen 001, which are by far the most expensive bulbs I’ve purchased.

Both bulbs showed up and neither worked. I tried them in multiple fixtures, that worked with other bulbs, and they didn’t with these.

When I gently shake the bulbs they have a loose rattle to them like they’re broken.

I emailed, twice over the past ten days, asking for help and have gotten zero response.

Maybe this will get a response because it’s super disappointing to spend $100 on bulbs that don’t work and then have the customer service ignore you.

Delighted with my experience with Creative cables, great communication and advice through instagram messaging before purchasing 2 Plug in lights for my bedroom. I am living in Ireland and the order came very quickly and updates were easy to check. Absolutely delighted with the lights, exactly what I hoped they would be. as soon as I finish decorating the room I will post some photos! I will definitely be ordering again from Creative Cables.

Laughably bad customer service help from their website in Europe. If you are thinking of ordering from them just wait until they have a U.S. website again. It’s the difference between supreme frustration versus wonderful service.
The American group understands how to treat customers while the European group is TERRIBLE. If they don’t bring back the American website then they need to hire a few Americans to teach them how to do things right!
Also, create better instructions on your site!
Overall, the products are very nice, but I’m done with this company until they determine how to get out of the stone ages and become a first-world company in customer service.
