An excellent customer care
There was an incorrect translation of the description of the cable that I ordered. It looked different than in the picture. I claimed it and the department answered immediately and exchanged the cable on their expense. They even sent 10 % discount voucher for the next purchase. An excellent customer care so important for repeat business.

Great site to navigate, loved the simulation for the combination of products. UPS courier services are a bit inflexible and hard to get in touch with here in Greece.

The bulb I purchased burned out within…
The bulb I purchased burned out within 10 seconds, the bulb socket broke and the bulb could not be reinstalled. It had to be glued back together. The design is very flimsy, the connecting cables are short. Very poor product quality.
