My order has been 'processing' for 24 days and still has not even shipped. However, my payment didn't seem to have an issue going through! Ridiculous. I will not be using this website in the future if this is the normal pace of business.

Poor/ no communication
I purchased some items from creative cables. I needed some support as I dont believe I received all of the parts. I have submitted a request three times and also tried calling a #. Never got a response.
*update* Their response to my review seems accurate as I was emailing about strain reliefs. I just went back and checked my trash and Spam box but there is nothing.

My product arrived damaged. Tried to go on website but it was being serviced. I called and left a message and never got a callback. So I still have the broken product. I have since ordered the same thing from another site. Would not recommend this site.

I bought electric cable 2 years ago never use them or open the bag, when i try to use them 2 out of 3 where not working. Now they said it is to late, i can understand for any other product but in this case there is a defect, and i don't understand that they did not replace it in the store or with the customer service

Hi Adelie, I believe that you may have the wrong company you are leaving a review for. We don't have any records of a purchase under your name nor email. In addition, we don't have any physical stores.
Furthermore, if this was one of our cables then it's virtually impossible for it not to work. Our cables are just made of stranded copper, so the electricity would pass through the interior copper wires no matter what. So it really is impossible for our cable to "not work".
