EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAST SHIPMENT, BEAUTIFUL CYSTOM PENDANT LIGHT

Creative Cables was the only North American source I could find for the type of "swag hook" I needed. We needed to swag George Nelson Bubble Light and we wanted something that looked modern and also provided tension relief on the cable. Even though it is listed as a "hook" it is actually more of a "tube" that the cable passes through and a set screw. Only ordered one, but they sent me an extra free of charge.

The product was exactly as discribed, and in came in a
reasonable amount of time.

Products were fine. Shipping, though, took a very long time, much longer than any of my (many) recent online purchases from several different sites.

Well, the finish and details were not what I expected. The cap below the disc that canopy that I'd inquired about came clear, not black. The edge of the black disc canopy is not black - it's raw aluminum(?). The standard black canopy for a single cord has multiple, multiple perforations in it.

not much to write - I did contact customer service and the person was very knowledgeable about sizing and colors, etc. even offered to send me a sample with my order for future. Only, wish is that the larger gauge wire was available in more color options.

Hi! lightbulbs are cool and we are using them but disappointed because they do not emanate Green light. More like warm yellow. Quality is fine and shipping was great.

Creative cables had just the cloth wrapped cord i needed for my wiring project. Finding cloth woven sheathing took a bit of searching. But creative cable had just what i wanted.

Arrived on my door step as expected.

Great selection and fun products. We bought some plug-in pendant cables to use with a decorative bulb without lampshade. Just a bit disappointed in the quality of the finish of the socket; it’s not smooth and even but scratched and marked - it looks like it came out of a big bin where it was tossed around with a bunch of other sockets. Luckily, you don’t notice this unless you’re up close, which doesn’t happen in our setup.

A little finicky to wire the devices, because of tight spaces inside, but they seem t work quite nicely. I installed two, on floor lamps with flat, cloth covered wires.
