I walked in my PC today at around 10am as it was no peripherals was working, worried it would be an extremely costly fix.

By 12:30pm I had a quote, by 2pm it was fixed and ready for collection.

Incredible customer service and very friendly and informative. They cleaned it to perfection & rebuilt the whole PC cleanly and way better than I did. They show you everything working before you leave and pay.

Price was completely reasonable, however my only feedback would be, if you go ahead with the repair, I think the cost of the assessment fee should be included, as you end up paying for the full service.

Other than that, excellent and highly reccomend!

I had a desktop that had stopped powering up. They quickly identified the problem as a corrupted BIOS from a Windows update and resolved it. They provided a very knowledgeable and friendly service and the whole thing was done in less than a day.

They fully explained to me the cause of the issue and the fix that would be needed to correct it. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars but the time to fix was slightly underestimated causing me a couple of wasted hours and an extra journey. I am familiar with the tech repair business and how difficult it is to provided accurate fix times 100% of the time so I don't hold that against them. On the whole a good repair job, would definitely use them again.

Very good work, carried out quickly, with good response to problems that arose and very good results for my 2017 Macbook Pro. Definitely recommended. Thanks very much.

Brilliant care and expertise from Creative IT.

I had a complete disaster with my Acer laptop, used for video editing and other work.

I decided to do some extra work around midnight, and spilled my cup of coffee on the laptop keyboard!!! And the laptop died, wouldn't power up.

My first issue was my data. I had backed up two weeks previously. But there was two weeks of work on the laptop that was not backed up.

Plus the laptop cost thousands of pounds. So I needed it back in action.

I googled and searched the whole of London for a computer repair company with expertise. You don't know who to trust, who has the expertise, and you don't know if you are going to be charged an extortionate fee. Plus the urgency of getting your laptop working again. We have so much of our work life on a machine.

Found Creative IT, and travelled for an hour. I met Sam and his team. My anxiety was through the roof. Could they recover the data? Even more, could they fix my laptop? FYI Sam, you are a very calm and reassuring person, and that really really helped.

Creative IT repaired the motherboard. And recovered the data. I took my own portable backup to copy the data. So my data was fully recovered.

But my laptop keyboard and keyboard panel would not work.

So Creative IT had to order another keyboard panel. Which arrived in 2 weeks, and was fixed at a subsequent visit.

It has been a week since the repair and thankfully all has been good with my laptop.

Cost of inspection, data recovery, motherboard repair was £320 including VAT.

New keyboard from Acer and installation cost £234 including VAT.

This was very reasonable to get my data and laptop back on track.

I now have a separate mini table next to my desk for all coffee drinks!!! To help avoid further spills on my laptop.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Took a Nintendo Switch Console to be fixed. Took them a whole week to look at it and then was called to be informed that the so-called engineer who attempted to repair this console damaged it beyond repair repair.

Took it to another specialist who had a no-fix no-fee policy and after a 24hrs assessment advised as follows:
"The charging port has been bent and not soldered on the joints that were out. Terrible handmanship. It was like a child trying to repair an electronic equipment clearly not knowing what it was doing.
The PMIC (Power Management integrated Circuit) someone actually cracked it. It doesn’t break by itself. Someone attempted a repair and due to the lack of skill manually and physically cracked it by hand rendering the unit completely useless. There was irreversible threading damage caused by the attempted repair. Incredibly even some screws were in the wrong place and the processor got damaged beyond repair."

Raised a complaint with CREATIVE IT, which took them forever to respond, and they were very arrogant and bullyish and the after some email exchanges, the best they could do was to attempted to charge me a "discounted" £132 to apparently get the console fixed, when they previously told me it was unfixable.
I had already paid a non refundable £45 assessment fee and had the unit completely destroyed.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

Efficient company to deal with, quick service and good communication. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Would definitely use them again.

Felt cheated. Had a Macbook Air that stopped booting up. Took it to Creative IT who said it could cost up to £250 plus VAT. Left it with them and one hour later they called to say it was fixed. Told me which part they replaced and said the cost was £250 plus VAT. £300 inclusive. Checked the cost of the part with 2 other repair facilities and it was £5. So labour cost was £245 for one hour. Cannot recommend these people and would not trust them again.

I am so grateful to Creative IT London. I woke up with my HP computer not working anymore. I went straight to them, and although it could be saved, the individual parts would be as expensive as a new computer so it was not worth it. However they managed to save my very important data, and although they spent a long time trying to first fix my computer and then transfer my data, they only charged me for the latter, a more than reasonable price, better than anything else you could find in central London. They were extremely efficient, but also very kind and understanding, upfront about any risk and cost, and I would recommend them and go back if needed my eyes closed! I don’t think I could have found any better and I will never thank them enough.
Also, this happened during Easter holiday, and they were opened the whole weekend, except Sunday but including Easter Monday.

My Microsoft Surface Book completely failed. It was well outside of the guarantee and Microsoft informed that it was in effect unrepairable and that the best course of action was to lose all my data and purchase another one. Creative IT said they should be able to do the job but there was a risk that they might break the screen in doing it. Very upfront with the risk involved. I took the risk and ended up with fully functional Surface Book with all my data safe and secure. No thanks to Microsoft and all thanks to Creative IT.

Had a great experience. Called in the morning, dropped my laptop at their store, waited for 30 minutes and issue resolved. Professional and speedy service for reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

I cannot thank Creative IT enough - I came to them with a damaged SD card desperately trying to salvage some extremely important video files. The team were all highly professional, friendly and offered amazing service. It was also the cheapest place I had found for the data recovery job (some other places charging £200+ more). They did a brilliant job in a very speedy manner - getting on top of it as soon as I gave it to them! I highly recommend anyone to this service if needing data recovery or other services.

Had a keyboard and battery replacement and work done on the fans on an MSI Dominator Pro, upon which the first two of these things aren't as straightforward as many laptops.

Lovely job done. They keyboard looks like new, the machine is running cool and I have over 4 hours of battery life.

After a shamefull behavier of Dell support team which took me months without sorting the issue I gave up and took my laptop to Creative IT. They fixed it in a couple of days. Nothing bad to say about these guys, I will go back for sure if I have other problem for sure. Besides that they are nice people

I would recommend Creative IT for laptop repair and data recovery without reservation.

I visited Creative IT 3 weeks ago in London for advice about my laptop. I had tried others who could not solve the problem. They identified the problem immediately. Kind helpful and really competent staff who gave welcome advice. Having visited Creative IT I would trust them anytime to correctly repair my pc. They also have specialist skills in data recovery for businesses who've lost data from crashed discs etc. Here again I would trust Creative IT to recover almost anything. I'm keeping their contact details for when I need them professionally as well as privately.

Poorly done job, aggressive, and threaten you if you don't leave positive feedback

I gave my Alienware for a WiFi problem,
It's like new, they did a wonderfull job, thank you, they also gave me advice for some problems I have on it too.

I've come to them with 2 issues with my Razer Blade laptop.

First time , they repaired my laptop (which was having charging issues) on the same day.

Second time, the repaired my laptop (having speaker issues) within an hour, for free as I had already come in!

These guys are friendly too

100% would recommend.
