We love the playset. Ordered it spring 2020 and it was worth the wait. The website was helpful and the salesperson was SO friendly and helpful on the phone. The installation crew was very short tempered/ unfriendly, however. We had questions about best location/ position for the playset that they were unable/ unwilling to answer. They were also very curt with my children, who all started crying after they were scolded and shooed away when they tried to offer water bottles to the team. It was a bit of a let down after the months of built up excitement, but once the team completed the installation and left the boys were thrilled with their new set.

The swing set is beautiful. My 3 year old grandchild calls it her playground. She thinks the slide is great, the swing perfect, and she is working on learning the rings. The climbing wall is a little too advanced for her, but the swing set will be used for years. The picnic table is a real bonus too. My 18 month old grandchild loves her swing also. I looked at more expensive sets and less expensive ones from various companies. I choose a perfectly well made one. It was installed by men who knew exactly how it should be anchored in a timely manner. Martine, our sales rep, knows his product and is a great representative for the company. It is easy to recommend a good product...

We did not have the best experience with the sealing that we had the company do. The women who came worked very quickly - which made it hard to tell how well they treated everything. More importantly, since they have been here, we have noticed cracks appearing that weren't there before, and loose bolts in certain areas. Again, we have owned the set for more than a year and a half and had no issues before this work was performed. We would love to have someone come back out to look at the set and perhaps try to fix some of the things that appear to have resulted from the service that was previously performed.

My entire experience from purchasing to install was wonderful. I have nothing but positive feedback.
I gave 4 stars due to the wood not being treated. I was told it was treated and would not need to be treated again for 2 years. Well, I have carpenter bee's digging holes in the brand new wood. All over the wooden roof we paid extra to add. After having them taken care of, I was told the wood was not treat, and would need to be treated to prevent the same issue. Not happy I have to figure this out now.

Creative Playthings generally did a good job. Unfortunately there was a very long delay from the time the swing set was ordered until the time it was installed. The people at Creative Playthings were very cordial and helpful and professional. The swing set installer was excellent.

I loved working with this company. There were some imperfections which were dealt with immediately and professionally. Grandchildren love coming over. You can't go wrong.

So wonderful to work with and the product is amazing. From design to install to my kids using it now everyday - we love it and it was well worth the investment. We have seen or used “comparable brands” in other places and I would say Creative Playthings is way above in quality.

Professional install was definitely worth it. Kids love their new playground. I would have given it a 5 but I never got a reply back from customer care after a concern was notice from one of the wooden planks being defective.

The Creative Playthings team was amazing! I called them with a requirement for something that would fit into our small backyard and they were quickly able to make suggestions on how one of their play structures could be modified to meet my needs. The day the structure was delivered (which was a week earlier than originally promised!), I called my local coordinator to schedule the installation. By noon the NEXT DAY, my kids were outside playing on it and have been enjoying it ever since. I recommend Creative Playthings without hesitation!

From start to finish, this was a great experience! Our sales rep could not have been more helpful and courteous, the product came in a timely manner, and the installers did a fantastic job of installation in our yard. Our grand kids absolutely love the play set and we consider it the best investment in our yard that we have made in a very long time!
