Fantastic service from start to finish !
So happy with the results , one of the best decisions I have ever made

I found Creative Scalps via their YouTube channel. I watched Marc explained his methods, it not only convinced me he knew what he was taking about, but more importantly, he actually cared about his work. Creative Scalps are by far the best in the business. With something like this, it's a big decision to make. You really want to get it right 1st time. Honestly don't waste time, go see these guys. Everyone at CS are brilliant. Marc, Sara and the whole team.

Totally professional, there is nothing to worry about as these guys are artists and generally lovely people. It is life changing and shout out to Sammy who will look after you and is super lovely person to boot!

My experience at Creative Scalps was 100% positive. Mark Sammy and Sara are great and you instantly feel relaxed and in good hands. After the treatment absolutely no one said what have you had done?. I am extremely happy with the result and for the first time in years I am not self conscious about my thinning hair, especially the crown. It’s not until you have your hair loss issues resolved that you realise how much you were thinking about it even subconsciously.

For anyone in 2 minds, nervous, worried how you are going to look, what people might say etc, these are all perfectly natural emotions and more that I went through both before and on the day of my first session.

You don’t need to worry at all. From the moment I walked into Creative Scalps I knew I was in good hands. Fantastic environment, lovely studio and above all lovely and caring team. Marc, Sara and Sammy (and am sure the others I did not meet) put me at ease straight away, explained everything, from the SMP work to aftercare and above all really personable.

As for the SMP I’m over the moon, it looks fantastic, something I did not think was even possible. I’ve even had compliments, not referring to SMP but to how well I look, which told me how natural the work was as people did not know or realise I’d had SMP done.

Marc is the GOAT and would highly recommend anyone thinking about having SMP not to hesitate, contact Sara at Creative Scalps and get yourself booked in. It will be the best £ you will ever spend!!

I wanted to wait for a while to give a review as I know that time affects and I wanted to see how so. A year later and it still looks great. Marc's work is fantastic. Subtle and natural.

I waited 6 months initially for the appointment and travelled from Ireland to have the work done by him. It was definitely worth it.

I had my SMP treatment with Sammy. From the moment of consultation to the last treatment, he made me feel relaxed and very happy with the end result. The final result is exactly what I wanted. We discussed the different images that he could do for me and decided on a natural look, giving me an even coverage.
The treatments were explained before each session and we had plenty of breaks. The facilities are very clean and the whole clinic is professionally set up with everyone I met or had a conversation with having fantastic knowledge.
I would highly recommend them.

recently had my scalp micropigmentation (SMP) done at Creative Scalps , and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Sammy was my artist, and from the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable with his friendly, kind, and funny personality. I had my smp treatment done at Creative scalps by Sammy and I could not be happier with the results! On arrival you are made to feel very welcome, and at ease as I was nervous and this really helped me feel better. If you’re thinking of having smp done then Creative scalps

Fantastic experience with Marc, very professional, friendly and just made the whole experience very easy, open and very comfortable. In this business you have to be patient due to the nature of the work and for me Marc was ultra patient as he’s a perfectionist which is why he always produces the very best SMP in the country! To be honest this filters throughout all of his business, and all his team- as it’s clear that all of the staff have the same approach and positive energy, creating a great atmosphere and environment to get this procedure done. Simply amazing experience!

Having first got SMP 10 years ago I’ve had a fair bit of experience, including a bad practitioner resulting in a few laser sessions. I did a got of research before choosing Creative Sclaps and I’m confident they are the best in the business.

I had 2 sessions with Sammy and the result is absolutely perfect. Sammy was patient and empathetic towards my hesitation, due to my past experience. He clearly listened to what i wanted and is a master of his work. All round great guy.

Sara was lovely, very responsive and helpful when booking my sessions and arranging consultations with Sammy.
