Signed up almost a year ago in June

Signed up almost a year ago in June, charged over $350.00 no progress, no reported trade lines, and no change in my credit score whatsoever. Highly disappointed and frustrated would just like a refund for all the money I’ve wasted

I wish I could rate them less than one…

I wish I could rate them less than one star. This is a complete scam of a business. I have been asking to cancel my account for four months. All I get is an AI runaround. Their website breaks several consumer laws, both federally in the state of New York. I can’t believe that they have not been shut down yet. Do not under any circumstances, use this service.

Duplicate Billing, No Contact, No Refund

I keep getting billed twice monthly for $99 and it should only be once a month. However, I tried cancelling for several weeks with no contact from anyone. Finally the AI Bot said it would cancel my service, then the same day it billed me twice again for the service. Also, on August 6, 2025 I was billed $450 for a credit line (legitimate purchase), however, when I kept asking why it has not shown they kept stringing me along and saying just wait. Well, it's over 6 months and still nothing and no one will answer my emails for a refund. This place is a scam for sure

Complete SCAM STAY AWAY

Complete SCAM STAY AWAY. I signed up and paid my $99. Set to auto draft, of course. Could never access my dashboard, sent a ton of emails about it and no way to call them. Tried their online chat, nothing new. Tried to cancel, could never get a response. Kept charging my account every month for 5 months of $99. Finally changed my bank account to make it stop. DO NOT USE!

SCAM COMPANY -I have been emailing for weeks

I have been emailing for weeks, no response except an automated one, I have 37 emails over the last 6 weeks, they keep charging me and will not stop, I finally had to call American Express and dispute the charges and block them from the continuous charges, it is all built on AI no humans have I ever interacted with, they lure you in saying what they can help you with and what they can do for you, it has been nearly 4 months of “PENDING” and no answers, but they keep charging you. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY

I would give them a zero if I could

I would give them a zero if I could. They never provided any service even though I asked to fix my interface and account multiple times, yet they have been charging me for 6 months even after I asked to discontinue in September! They don't even have any live people, impossible to cancel and fraudulent charges that go on and on once you sign up!

SCAM

Not only did I have to send a charge dispute into my credit card company after I specifically canceled because they did absolutely nothing for 4 months while charging me monthly. They then charged me AGAIN after I canceled and then locked the account. It's a complete and utter scam. Save yourself the time and find another avenue. Please take it from me.

This company is a total scam and fraud

This company is a total scam and fraud. They never delivered on the advertised dashboards or tools that would tell a customer what is happening at all. Interacting, or best put, trying to interact with them, became a total joke, with no real responses, just AI generated responses to try and get customers to keep the service.
When trying to cancel, it was a tedious process, which this company did not fully comply with and they kept trying to charge the monthly fee, months after the cancellation.
This is a horrible company and should be shut down before they fraud anyone else.

Cancelled Subscription Months Ago Still Getting Charged

I cancelled my subscription in October 2025, and they still try to charge my credit card for their services.

I kept the convo between me and the report, and reattach it every time I get the email. No one ever replies or they are EXTREMELY difficult to get ahold of. Don't waste your time or money. Other vendors like AVA do a better job.

If I could give Credit Captain negative…

If I could give Credit Captain negative stars I would! They are a fraud. I canceled my account with them months ago and they still try to bill my card. I've had to report them as fraudsters to my bank. They never respond to emails. DO NOT USE THEM!

Fraudulent!!! Warning! ⛔️

I cancelled this service and close the account in August 2025. But they continue to charge my account for the last 5 months . I have disputed the monthly charges multiples time. They still continue to charge my credit card $99. This is a fraudulent company . I had to eventually cancel my credit card since they won’t stop charging my credit card.

Continued charges after cancel

Terrible service and customer service is close to non-existent. After you cancelled subscription they will continue to charge you monthly and there is no customer service to talk to fix the issue.

Worst company I’ve ever been in contact…

Worst company I’ve ever been in contact with. Promise change in credit. Absolutely nothing changed not a single dispute filed. I tried to canceling over 30 + times and they would cancel my subscription just kept charging me. The finally on 3rd month said there team would cancel it. Never got refund on any of it like promised when signing up. My account wouldn’t sign in so I thought it was good then out of blue two months after that started charging my card 140 a month again. Absolutely despicable scum company

Subscription Trap - Do Not Waste Your Money

I didn’t expect miracles from a credit repair service, but I did expect SOMETHING. After 4 months on CreditCaptain’s “premium” plan at $300+ per month, there has been zero progress, not even one measly dispute sent on my behalf. Nothing.

This plan was also supposed to include tradelines. I was told to wait 6 weeks. Then it became 3 months. It’s now been 4 months and no tradelines have shown up on my credit report.

When I asked for a refund since no services have been rendered, I can’t even reach a real person, just an AI chatbot telling me to “have patience and wait.” I’ve been patient. I’ve also paid over $1,000 for a service that has delivered nothing. At this point, it feels less like a credit repair company and more like a subscription trap. I’m requesting a refund for the months I was charged without any work being performed.

Credit Captain = Scam!!

Credit Captain never once responded to me and continued to charge me after I cancelled and I am having to pursue litigation because of it. DO NOT TRUST IT. Only an Ai service to 50$ a month
