My experience with Creditors Relief so far has been outstanding. They have been with me every step of the way to get these MCAs I was in settled and helping me with my cash flow, so I don’t have to close my doors. I would recommend them to anyone who feels like they are drowning in daily payments.

Post COVID my business partner and I took out (2) cash advances in the inaccurate belief that it would help us build business credit and assist with equipment purchases. Unfortunately, we had emergency after emergency come up and we couldn't pay the loans back at the rate they requested. This was the scariest season of my life! Sophie and her team saved my life. They were so patient, so kind and walked me through step-by-step. Creditors Relief (CR) is as predatory as MCA lenders…I did not go looking for any business debt relief, CR came looking for me. I began receiving phone calls, text messages and emails from Brandon at CR not long after obtaining MCA funding. Brandon was very skilled at painting a dire picture and I was a stupid, naive airhead to have believed CR was looking out for my company, they weren’t…CR was eyeballing the 30-35% they are now making off of my company’s financial woes. Ultimately, the onus is on me, I chose to work with CR…if CR is courting you, listen to your gut, don’t ignore any red flags, and run like hell in the opposite direction.

This is a good company. Very knowledgeable. Communication is good, and they help work through problems as experienced professionals. Their customer service people are very good. Hailey, in particular, has been exceptional with prompt communication. I recommend them.

In the beginning I was upset because the agent assigned to me did not seem to do enough to help me. However a guy called Horace later served and paid more attention to my concerns and my account came back on track. Shout out to Horace.

James has helped out tremendously, he keeps me updated on everything that is going on with my file.

James Danila did an incredible job helping me through some very difficult times. He was very quick to respond and was consistently working on getting a fair deal. He always would call me back or email with lightning speed.

The entire team i've worked with, including James Danila, Ransom Turner and others, have been great. I've had struggles this year with my Small Business and with their help hopefully can get things set straight.
