Very disappointing
Changing my review to 1 star as they have non-existent customer service. I have been paying my loan for 5 months now, and cannot create an online account. I have reached out multiple times, and have simply been ignored. So I have no idea what the details of the loan are at the moment. No mail, no email, nothing!

Catastrophic service
Catastrophic service, they sent the documents to the wrong address, claiming it was my fault. Zero respect, the gentleman hung up on me. It would have been enough to say sorry for the misunderstanding, unfortunately, the person on the helpline was rude, incompetent, and curt. The gentleman even had the audacity to tell me that I had called three days ago, in a tone as if talking to a buddy. The documents were sent on 13.02 and have not arrived until today, 05.03, and it concerns a large brief.

Disapointing
My experience was extremely disappointing. The entire interaction felt mechanical and scripted, with zero genuine interest in understanding my situation or offering a helpful solution.
Instead of thinking proactively or showing any business mindset, the staff simply followed a rigid pattern and standard responses. There was no flexibility, no problem-solving attitude, and no sense that anyone was actually interested in helping or building a long-term relationship. It felt like ticking boxes mattered more than the customer.
Maybe that is just how Business or sales is conducted normaly here.
