Since October, I have manually listed 20 products with up to 12 sizes each .. spread out weekly in chunks, not in one go.
The initial setup itself took nearly a week due to the onboarding process, virtual meetings, and email follow-ups. That was followed by at least 2–3 hours of additional work to get things in place.
Despite this consistent effort over months, I have had only 56 views, no sales, no likes, and no enquiries till today. (21/05/2025)
I have emailed several times and even had a virtual face-to-face meeting with an account manager on 4th March 2025. Who was initially booked with somebody else but a totally different person came on the call saying she is not available.
I was told to expect an email in a week but nothing came.
After chasing them via chat, I finally got a response, almost after a month but still no improvement in visibility or support till date.
They offered to boost my listings if I applied a 20% discount. I agreed, yet still no change.
At this point, I am left seriously questioning whether Creoate is genuinely supportive of small business owners. I had envisioned selling handcrafted leather summer footwear made in India, tailored for wholesale buyers in the UK - but I have received zero engagement in over six months and since March and April when I was on my toes to get support as summer was coming and peak time and season for my business. I felt totally disappointed with their lack of support.
Their commission structure was fine by me. I was even encouraged by their Facebook following.
And hence joined the platform with high hopes and invested a lot of time, efforts into it.
But in practice, there has been no promotional support, no seasonal visibility, and no spotlight on new or relevant sellers especially with small businesses.
This platform is not suitable for small teams or independent brands expecting meaningful exposure. So would advise to think several times if you fall in the same boat like me.
I have communicated all this to Creoate via email, live chat, and in person and it’s all on record and I am now sharing this here publicly because I have had enough of wasting my time with no results and no proper support and contacting chat function and no phone number to share our queries.
Adding to my concern, I have now come across numerous 1-star reviews from other sellers on Creoate and they are listed on Trustpilot too.. warning other sellers about delayed payments, which is alarming and raises serious trust issues.
It has made me even more cautious and hesitant about continuing on this platform.
I may soon ask Creoate how to close my shop.
After the efforts I put in, social media promotions announcing our presence on the platform, and the time invested, I have sadly found no return. Just disappointment.
We had a problem with delivery and Fassal was brilliant, he spent a lot of time before the bank holiday making sure that the delivery was made to us in time for our event. Thank you Fassal, brilliant job. A true ambassador for Creoate.

Fassal on chat was super helpful! Lovely selection of products and much easier to sign up as a buyer than other wholesalers.

I was a seller on creoate for a couple of years but they stopped processing my payments. I had 5/6 outstanding payments by the time I noticed they hadn't been paying me and had to chase them up for them to pay out. When I pressed them for an answer on why they hadn't paid me they couldn't seem to give me one. Seemed really dodgy so I closed my shop. I'll stick to Faire.

I have used the platform for a coupel of years now as a buyer and the The platform has gotten worse and worse and many who sell products have disappeared from there due to many problems. Most recently I ordered from two companies that never sent any products or heard from them. After eight months I was contacted by Creoate that we owed them a debt even though I couldn't see it on my account. I also received debt collection demands several times and finally I paid the amount to get rid of all the unpleasant emails and threats of debt collection. When I paid everything they demanded a sum of money again but when I log in it says that we have no debt. So avoid shopping here, there are much better platforms that send the products directly and that report the purchases correctly.

Fassal helped us cancel our order, informed us on the cancellation via email immediately along with when we should be receiving a refund from this cancelled order, and even inquired on a secondary pending order which he decided to reach out directly to the vendor himself to assure our order status is indeed as it reflects. Fassal was a great help!

Wow. I am speechless and will definitely seek legal advice. I didn't get paid for 2 orders for 3 months and when I queried the amount, they backdated their commission rates into 2023 and deducted it from my last two orders. It's not my fault, that you had something wrong in your system and what you did is fraudulent. AVOID.

I have purchased from Creoate as a buyer several times. I used a promo code and the finance team had an error or glitch on their end. They owned the mistake was theres and adjusted the money owed. A few months later I was sent to a collections agency and connected that agency to the customer service person who confirmed the money was not owed. Both Creoate and Global Debt Solutions confirmed the case was close. Now, several months later, I have now received a collections letter from TSI and they are saying I owe Creoate the amount of the promo code. I have emailed both the support person and the original collections agency and neither have responded. I am in shock that it has taken this long to resolve what sounds like a computer glitch on their finance side. The best part is I currently show a zero balance and I have been able to reorder several times. I am hoping they will respond to this.

Fairly new to the platform and was looking promising until it came to being paid. We received and sent out several orders. Have been paid for a handful but now have 26 orders awaiting payment since December. Reached out to their customer service team who acknowledged they owed us said amount and it would be paid within 5 days. 7 days later after no payment we reached out again and they now say there is a dispute by the retailer so can't release the payments. Well this can't be the case for every single order, why have we not been told of this 'dispute' previously as not aware of any and it seems far too long to be applicable as their standard 30 days + 5 days payment terms are meant to cover these eventualities so feels like they are just stalling now. Have asked to speak to someone in the finance team, but they won't give any details. Will be looking to take legal action if not resolved ASAP. For future sellers I would be wary and not send out loads of orders without being paid for any.

Has some potential but all communications with sellers are focused on Instalment Plan options but absolutely nothing on how to get orders. As a marketplace they really need to focus their efforts on onboarding reputable sellers but also bringing vast amounts of prospective buyers to the platform. Doubt it will be around in 5 years if they continue in this way. So far a complete waste of time.

Im a Seller on Creoate and there payment terms are shocking. You supported to be paid within 30 days of dispatch date plus 5 working day on top of that. It's more like then you full in a payment form then you may get paid within 5 -10 of your payment form and then when they do pay you they only pay you part of the invoice and you have to fill another form in. This is not the first time it's Happened. Im not going be selling with them any more, Faire is a much better platform

I'd placed a biggish order over 3 brands, but CREOATE's checkout experience, became painful. I could not complete my order so I pressed the 'help' button which flagged up straight away when the 'COMPLETE ORDER' button did not respond to pressing.
Within 12 hours, Sunita a customer service agent, and a real human being, did their absolute best to keep me in the loop with quickish email responses over the next day.
After a frustrating wait CREOATE fixed their bug on their website (which is a clunky & slow site at the best of times) within 24 hours. Phew! Thank you Sunita for making it a little less of a stressful buying experience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Havent paid me for a fair few orders, requested payment as it was 3 months late, instead of paying me, they altered the commission rate on orders dating all the way back to 2023 to say that I then owed them money! One of the commission rates is now 52.69% - pretty sure its a criminal offense to alter invoices from years ago and to make them rates that do not comply with any structure or terms set about by the company themselves.

Been trying to get a response for 5 days now to return an order. The returns function on their site isn’t working. Many emails later still no response

Now 20th Jan, i have had emails before this date arranging for a call, and today we have had that call. In the mean time, payments have been, and communication has been had, with positive and reassuring content. Hoping this has been a blip, and looking forward to a better future
