I ordered what I read to be one month supply only to find out somewhere that I never found in writing is a second shipment valued at $277 that you are auto shipped and pay for over three additional months. It is not cancel anytime because after canceling a second shipment I was assured that was it. But they debited my credited card two more times claiming the $277 for second package was due. After arguing they agreed I could get refund or just keep parcel and pay no more. They did not want to refund )277$. It goes on like paste. Not good.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Products are average, nothing to write home about. But the worst is their refusal to cancel automatic shipments. I purchased a $100 kit and then started to receive $319 kits automatically. Called and cancelled and went on the website to make sure it was cancelled. Received another shipment and customer service refuses to refund until they receive it back.

Within 2 weeks of using the neck cream the love of my life asked me if I was using something different. I'm a believer. Been using it for 8 months now.

First of all. I ordered at $49.99 and I called to cancel but the woman said she could guarantee I would pay only $49.99 for the future shipments and she actually delayed my next delivery a couple of months. Well I got the next shipment, charged the correct amount, but then received a bill for $137.85. I called. They said they credited me the second charge of $49.99 and the shipment I got was $137.85. Unbelievable!!! What a rip off!!! And I DID NOT get my second charge credited. Jane Seymour should be ashamed. NEVER order this body lotion. That's all it is

On July 24, 2024 I ordered an intro kit for my sister. In my phone call for my sister's order I declined the full size product. They sent her the full size product& I owed a total of $170.00 billed in 3 installments. I called customer service in August & they said I could cancel her membership but owe 170.00. I disputed the charge on my credit card. They then billed her!!! Again, I called customer service I asked for a transcript of the phone call I had with their rep to prove I ordered or declined the larger order. Afterall, their phone line says all calls are recorded. They said they would send it but never have. I'm stuck paying even though I feel it's a scam by the folks who take your ordered (not US based). Please don't order from them unless it's online where you can do screen prints as proof of what you order.

I was trying to cancel my "membership" and was told after asking several times that there was a balance that would be billed in December - for what? When I asked what it was for the chat agent dropped off. It may be good but not that good - expensive and bad customer service. I would not recommend it.

I actually liked the product, but after starting to use it I found it difficult to sleep. I am very sensitive to caffeine. I have looked at the ingredients and while they don't come out and say there is caffeine, whatever plants or supplies they use probably does. I have tried repeatedly to contact Customer Service, but can't get anybody. Email to customer service returned as delivery failure. Can't get a person on the customer service line. Found one email to a crepe erase spa. Email was never answered. I stopped using it and a few days later sleep returned. Since they can't be bothered to talk to me or answer questions, I can't be bothered to pay them for it.

This is a scam. It doesn’t improve skin at all. When I think about their refund policy, everyone, myself included should question why you must return the jars. They have proof of your order, but you have to return the jars and they’ll give you a refund minus shipping and handling. So you pack it up, take it to the post office, pay to ship it back. How much would they deduct for shipping and handling? It’s not worth it. That’s probably most of their profits because only wealthy women can afford to continue using it for a moisturizer. I don’t believe anyone sees the results shown in the phony commercials. Jane should be ashamed for preying on women. She can afford a lot of cosmetic procedures.

This is the biggest scam going. You receive a free trial and before 30 days is up they are sending you more product and charging your credit card. The product doesn’t make any difference. When I tried to cancel they won’t take “No” for an answer, you have to yell and get loud and angry with them to take you serious about cancelling.

Ordered the product. The price is not the price! They started me in a subscription I did not want! And when I cancelled, they let me know that I owed almost $200 more on the first order! Why do companies do this? It's a good product, but I want to order what I want when I want! They have lost a customer!

I wish I didn't even have to give a 1 star. What an incredible scam. First the product doesn't work. Then without my permission they sent the next order. I sent it back! ( on my own dime, $ 40.00 later) then got charged again. So this little scam all together cost me $ 150.00 out of pocket. Buyer beware!!

Yet another modern day consumer fraud allowed company able to bill you on a subscription model that is not clear and will issue no refund for a product that does not work anyway. I received a shipment and tried it for a couple weeks with no change and did not even ask to return my order, but tried to cancel. I thought I would keep trying it but wanted to make sure I did not continue to get billed. More product showed up and I saw yet another charge on my card. They say it’s part of the initial order and will not refund it.

Cheaters. My wife decided it didn't work so we wanted our money back. Before we could notify them they sent a new supply and billed us twice. We disputed. They gave us credit for only 1 supply and not the original. We had to get the credit card company involved. Lots of time and aggravation.

I sent my order back and was charged twice on my debit card a week after they received my return.. This company or whatever it is should be prosecuted.. They are a scam

This is a scam I purchase this product crepe body firm skin care, and received it and I continually get billed monthly, I did not join a subscription the company is Guthy Renker, it's a scam I thought I was buying it from crepe which I guess maybe isn't a company I don't know but I get billed by Guthy Renker, they still billed me again after canceling it. Do not purchase this company is a scam.

If I could give these products a 0, I would. I received the kit in June and not only did it not work, but it made me break out. I wanted to return them, but you have to pay for shipping and handling so I didn't bother. I called to cancel, but apparently someone didn't do their job because today I was charged for my next shipment and only noticed when I received an alert for a charge on my credit card. I went online and sure enough, my account was still active and a shipment went out today. So now I have to wait for the kit to come and pay or S&H to return the products I never wanted in the first place. Horrible customer service and scam artists, in my opinion.

Do not order from these scammers! I placed order for a one time delivery and a month after receiving it I got another delivery for $93.00! And I had to pay $21.00 to return it. They are banking on you not returning it. They said it was part of their policy to automatically send another delivery and that you could cancel anytime! I read other reviews and this is an ongoing complaint!

This company is a scam. The product does not work and their website is not transparent. I thought my kit cost $91.00 total but come to find out it is split out into three payments and the total cost is actually close to $300. Customer service said it is there “in fine print”. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM

If there was a way to leave a "0" star I would.

First the product does not work and it is impossible to cancel future orders and they charge you even after you have cancelled the product.

Unbelievably bad company. How in the world are they still in business. Have NEVER dealt with such a CROOKED COMPANY BEFORE in my life. BEWARE!!!

If I could give this company a 1/2 of star I would. What a rip off this company is. They kept sending me packages and charging my credit card. Then made me pay shipping to send the packages back! I was so pissed and still am. This company should be turned in to Better Business Bureau.
