Impossible to change an order after making it.

I placed an order and paid with PayPal, which inserted an old delivery address for a property I had not lived in for 5 years. The billing address was my current address.

I immediately noticed after placing the order, but Crew does not offer any way to update the order, or even cancel it, not even 1 second after.

Zero customer support other than a useless AI tool.

For a premium brand the service is terrible and the quality of the store is what one would have expected 10 years ago.

My parcel went roadabout

Prompt delivery BUT the mens jackets arrived roughly folded, not in protective covering and in such a shocking, creased, crumpled state I have no option but to return them all. I'm doubtful they could be restored. Certainly not in a normal household.
Disappointing. Definitely training in the packaging department is required.

Item itself is good but I was very disappointed with how it was packaged. Any previous items I have bought have come in a protective plastic bag inside the package. This item had no plastic bag, just almost rolled inside the wrapping. Makes me wonder if it was a previously returned item. I could have accidentally cut it when opening the package. Have to say it is not the way I expected it to be sent.

Good service

Just realised I have not been refunded after 3 weeks, fairly shocking I have to chase this. Seems others have this experience

My wife ordered a dress on-line on Wednesday evening, 5th August 2026. We received the dispatch confirmation within two hours and it arrived on Friday 7th August. Correct dress, correct size, good quality and well-packed.

The delivery was really quick and ultimately accurate. One of my parcels wasn’t sealed very well, but my fantastic postman, checked the contents were as the delivery note stated, before delivery, so no problem

I was kept up to date with when the parcel was dispatched and when it was likely to arrive.

I cannot believe how miserable the sales assistant was. Didn't acknowledge us at all and didn't make eye contact. In fact the only thing she said was the credit card machine was ready.
