It took along time to arrive especially when you pay for postage 4 days plus . Item is very good and price .

As with many other reviews still waiting for a refund. Refund policy says "up to 7 working days". Very misleading. Expecting over £120.00 to be refunded. Not bothered to contact Customer Services as with other reviews will not get an honest response. Will certainly not be ordering from this Company again and will definitely not recommend.

I purchase a lot from Crew Clothing and really like the clothes. However, there now seems to be an issue with their refunds. I have been waiting over 8 working days since they received my returns. This never used to be the case, and it is a shame as it is putting me off any more purchases.

My wife is so pleased with her dress.From placing order to final delivery was faultless .Tracking information was spot on.

Placed an order on 5th July - started chasing a week later as not despatched and no delivery made - chaser emails all ignored. I need the clothes for my holiday.

Ordered a pair of chino shorts in Crew Clothing sale. Ordering was straightforward and goods were delivered well packaged in 3 working days.
The shorts are well designed, well made and of good material. I will buy from Crew Clothing again.

I ordered a 12 but a 10 was delivered. I needed it for the next day to wear in a concert as it was essential to stay cool in the hot weather.

I phoned Bath who did not have a 12 and could not inform me which store had the correct size.
We drove 36 miles return trip to Marlborough as they did not answer their phone. They had never stocked the item.
I therefore had to wear the item even though the neck was too small.

Delighted with the 2 tops i purchased.
Lovely material and and such good quality. Got them in the sale so also delighted at getting such a bargain.

Ordered and delivered quickly. Had to return for different sizes, which again arrived quickly. I’ve now been waiting over 7 working days for my refund. Doubt I’ll order from here again.

Ordering to receiving was a smooth glitch free process and the dress is absolutely perfect! Fab quality, highlights the curves whilst not hugging too tightly to the fat tummy… I felt really good in it- chuffed to bits!!

This is a company I would not do any further purchases with, it is a poorly organised company, the customer service team can't be bothered to provide any help when there is a issue with the delivery . The solution the team provided are not convenient and shocking reality is they don't have a manager working on a daily basis. Trying to save the cost by providing the mobile number in some of the shop but ignored the fact the the reception in certain shopping centre is extremely poor !

The absolute worst experience. Placed an order and I had made an error with my address. Contacted them within a few minutes of placing the order to make the amendment and an automated email came back straight stating that no amendments could be made and I would need to contact the shipping company once the tracking number was generated. Just hideous customer service along with the the fact that the quality of the clothing has been very hit and miss. This is my last order.

The pricing strategy is unclear and not fair. I purchased 3 items in their store in Cribbs Causeway one of the items was full price £45. I received a FB advert where the same top was £25 I assumed it was an error and contacted customer services. The response basically states pricing varies depending on store stock etc etc. can you imagine paying a different price in Johnny Lewis M&S or Next to name a few. I just don’t see how this is fair to the customer and will not buy from Crew again such a shame my purchases are lovely.
