Pre-booked a taxi for 8.30am the previous day over the phone. The ride was confirmed, but no taxi turned up. At 9am I received the following message: "Due to high demand your booking with LUCKY SEVEN TAXIS is running late. We have prioritised your booking, to cancel please go to xxx". I don't understand why a brooked ride should be affected by a high demand, unless the company has no interest in providing the service. As a result of the no-show I missed my appointment. Thanks LUCKY SEVEN TAXIS, you've made my day.

This website is a con. They are simply middle men. They take your money then try and book it with other taxis nearby. If they can’t they keep your money until 2 days before or they keep 25% avoid!!
