Awful customer care!
Nice looking boots but for very wide feet/legs so not comfy. Customer "service" is awful. I knew there was a charge of €3,95 to return items but they tried to charge me €10,90 and wouldn't give a reason. I received confirmation of the return from Crickit stating there was just a return charge of €3,95 but, after several Emails, they said they didn't know of any return even though I attached it. Emails and calls to get it sorted were ignored and I had to go through Unzer who issued the invoice for their help. They deliberately wanted to run me around and caused stress & annoyance. According to other reviews this seems to be the norm. Shame on them.
