The sale man are just trying to pawn a car off on you.And then if the car craps out, they leave you hanging.
Even if you have grievances.

They are dishonest expensive and unreliable. Once I had made a commitment to them they then found new faults. For an MOT they said I needed a new rear wiper. That is not part of the MOT procedure. They had my car for nearly two days despite promising just a day. Would nit recommend

A brilliant service all round. James explained all the details of my new electric mokka. Drove it home and it was wonderful. 1st class service all round and a credit to motorbility. Next time James a second coffee would be nice.

Long story short, after I paid for diagnostic £65 I was told they're not sure what's wrong with the car but they would start with replacing driveshaft and quoted me £900. Their "highly skilled mechanic" was only guessing I suppose. I was offered an option to bring in my own part which they would replace for only labor cost. I have sourced driveshaft from Netherlands for 200Eur. Part delivered and after waiting for several hours in the garage I was told by service associate that part I bought is unsuitable despite matching part numbers, so they had to put back my old driveshaft and I had to pay for their labour another £120. I learned later that driveshaft I supplied is damaged which could only happen when mechanic at CR Morrow tried to fit it in. Service manager gave his final statement in which he is denying that damage was caused by them. Question is, if the driveshaft was damaged before or it was unsuitable part, why would their mechanic tried to fit it into the car?
