The service and level of contact from Paul was excellent. Information on sizing etc was most helpful. There was a slight delay on the order being delivered, however we were kept fully upto date and the finished tiling looks great.

Samples I ordered were well packaged and intact when they arrived. Delivery took longer than I expected.

Ordered 4 samples on 7/7 but only 2 received Still waiting

Terrible customer service. Was promised that any extra tiles purchased will be refunded. Went in with the tiles and they refused to refund. Also 2 boxes of tiles missing but refusing to refund the money for the missing tiles. Order number 65207. Unprofessional and extremely rude. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

On the various times I have shopped here, the staff have always been extremely helpful and prices are competitive. Also able to return unused tiles easily

Brilliant in every aspect apart from the delivery man not bringing them up the stairs to my front door. Really I might as well have collected them myself for all the difference it made. Deliveries need to be more specific about this (not just this company but all who offer to deliver) because some of are not capable of doing it ourselves and as such rely on the delivery.

Tiles delivered 4 days late. They totally forgot to deliver them. Rude customer service, blaming everyone but themselves. Lied to on the phone about further delivery times meaning my tiler was sitting about waiting on tiles to be delivered for hours after the said time. Now my renovations have been held up by weeks as the tiler wasnt waiting about any longer and walked off the job which is totally understandable and other trades are now held up.. Spent £750 on tiles, never again.. Avoid

Walking in and not 100% sure on what we wanted, Paul came to help us with our decision. He’s friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. We are delighted with our new tiles and very grateful for all Paul’s help. Would highly recommend Paul and Crocatile.

The customer service I received was exceptional. Paul who I dealt with delivered tiles to the house after there was a mix up with the order when I went to collect it. He was friendly and went out of his way to assist me.

Having been sent there by my fitter I was impressed with the range if tiles the shop had.

Staff were very helpful and knew what they were talking about.

I selected the tiles and they were super fast in getting them in for me.

I have been using Crocatile for several years, being a professional tiler and have consistently experienced friendly service from their knowledgeable staff. They offer an extensive product range at competitive prices, making them my preferred tile supplier.

Second visit to this gem of a shop. Needed tiles ASAP as I had ordered online and they arrived with almost every box damaged. Danny helped me choose something that was similar and the staff arranged an extra fast delivery to ensure I had the tiles in time for my tiler starting. So happy with how they look. Would highly recommend Crocatile.

Ordered samples and received small bits of broken tiles . Absolute waste of money
