The plants were so so good compared to ones from a neighbours recommended supplier, I was absolutely thrilled. I have potted them up into larger pots and kept them watered instead of allowing them to get lost and dried up in the borders .....superb plants - many many thanks

Plants arrived in a very poor state, I took photos and sent evidence, to be fair another three plants arrived in the same state, I didn't reach out again.

The plants I order always arrive well packaged and healthy

I ordered 9cm pot lavender. The lavender plants were tiny, no more than 5-6cm tall and not ready to plant out. 4/6 have not survived though they were planted in appropriate soil and watered appropriately. I ordered 9cm pot herbs from Fyne herbs, 5 times as big on arrival for the same price, and they have thrived. I have now replaced the lavender with much larger plants for the same price from Homebase:((

I needed something to clear the dry grass from the footpath and verge: the herbaceous sickle made it so much easier.

Plants are always top quality and packed well.

Everything well packed and healthy, just a bit disappointed that the gaura had almost stopped flowering when they arrived in July.

Ordered £50+ worth of plants. Most are doing okay except for one, a Geranium, which arrived looking very sad. It had two stems, one of which had been chopped of all its leaves, and the other which had 4 leaves on it. I did email Crocus to complain, attaching a photo in situ where I had planted it but they replied saying that it looked well rooted and healthy. To be fair they did reply and say it looked like I was looking after it well, and that it was covered by a guarantee so they will monitor it but it still looks very weedy and unhealthy almost a month later, . I paid £12.99 for this small plant so I think I will stick to garden centres in future rather than ordering online and ending up with a plant which needs ongoing “monitoring” rather than it just growing and looking lovely.

Prompt delivery ,healthy plants , they cancelled one of the order because it didn't pass quality control , which is important they didn't pass on to customers ,very much appreciated , explained it in an email before rest of the orders are dispatched .

Plants came on time and well packaged.
The plants themselves were scrawny and the leaves were yellow. I put this down to the hot conditions? I watered them and potted them on in the soil tgey would eventually be growing in.
Two of them have grown minimally and one has died.

Clamatis ordered arrived on time and in very good condition. Very pleased with the climber.

Delivered damaged package some soil were out of pot and plants were kept outside my door horizontally. I would not buy again from crocus many plants were not healthy sage plant had many brown leaves and fig plant had few brown leaves so I took off unhealthy leaves and repotted both plant, I had second thought to return it but when I checked your website I got confused so I changed my mind.

Most of my purchases were seeds, which given the current weather, have not yet been sown!
