I've been a customer for the past 6 years. I have a small web reseller account on which I host some client websites. Performance and uptime have been excellent, over the years I was migrated to a new server, the move was well communicated and performed during off peak hours.

Support (on the rare occasion I've needed them) have been quick to respond and rectify issues or answer questions.

Very happy with the service / value that CrocWeb offers.

Fortunately, I never experienced issues with the platform and they always had great communication and support whenever there's maintenance or service changes.

Outstanding support. Getting my answers almost instantly.

Very fast hosting for WordPress. Using free Lite speed cash plugin and all my WordPress websites have 99-100 on Google page speed insight.

Now they have directadmin instead of cPanel. Was confused at first, but now I see how much more convenient it is comparing to cPanel.

What a great company!! They really helped me to move all of my sites from MULTIPLE hosting companies over to them. I have saved a lot of money and time dealing with headaches from other hosting providers. This one has been great to deal with. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I've been around the online block for years now and have had several different web hosts - including some of the most popular names you see everywhere. But it wasn't until I switched to CrocWeb that I got to experience what I would consider exceptional service at an affordable price. Customer support is fast and super-helpful. No special codes to sign in to. No endless waiting in line. Just prompt, professional service that always solved the issue. These guys are definitely under the radar but they're fantastic. Highly recommended.

When I migrated to Crocweb around 8 years ago, I came from very bad experience with other provider (the provider vanished overnight). I was afraid of having more bad experiences. But migrating to Crocweb was the best choice ever. They had good reviews and all, but since using their services, I haven't found nothing one could complain about. The hosting is fast, whit spotless uptime, well equipped and with great price. And the support is outstanding, always fast, friendly and useful.
Simply perfect service.

One apparently banal but significant fact about their customer's service: they listen.
Superb software (cPanel) and hardware
(high tech data center).
I have been a customer since 2020 and have never experienced any unresolved issue.

I have tried many hosting providers in the past and in the present, there are good, regular and bad ... in my case I have reseller service and cloud web with CrocWeb.
There is no provider that guarantees a 100% hosting service, no company is free from attacks, hacks, hardware failures, fiber cut, natural disasters, etc.
But, there is a big difference related with the support and service between one company and another, CrocWeb is by far the company that delivers a fast response, if not very fast to answer support ticket, the response times do not exceed 10min and when they take more time you will always be informed.
CrocWeb has an excellent level of technical support, keep up the good work and outstanding service, I´m happy customer from Santigo de Chile, two thumbs up!
