L'aspetto che maggiormente ho apprezzato di tutti e tre i corsi di CrossNova che finora ho seguito è il taglio pratico degli argomenti affrontati e una spiegazione delle basi teoriche su cui poggiano. Molti esempi tratti dall'esperienza quotidiana dei partecipanti vengono trattati in dettaglio durante i corsi e questo facilita l'apprendimento dei concetti e aumenta i coinvolgimento dei partecipanti. Infine, la possibilità di rivedere sulla piattaforma web di CrossNova i corsi registrati è un plus di apprendimento che ho molto apprezzato.
Un suggerimento che mi sento di dare a CrossNova è quello di fornire, quale materiale a disposizione dei partecipanti ad ogni corso, non solo le slides ma anche una breve pubblicazione sotto forma di ipertesto che descriva gli argomenti trattati in maniera strutturata: una sorta di manuale di consultazione da avere sempre con sé per la corretta applicazione di quanto appreso durante il corso.

Many examples taken from the daily experience of the participants are covered in detail during the courses, facilitating the learning of the concepts and increasing the involvement of the participants. Finally, the possibility of reviewing the recorded courses on the CrossNova web platform is a learning plus I greatly appreciated.
A suggestion that I would like to give to CrossNova is to provide, as material available to the participants, not only the slides but also a short publication in the form of hypertext describing the topics covered in a structured way: a sort of reference manual to always have with you for the correct application of what you have learned during the course.
