love these guys. Such a refreshing breath of fresh air to deal with people who are on the ball and act like they really want your business. I ordered a Ventrac 4520 with a fine cut flail mover head and a tuff cut brush hog head and lots of extras for my dream mower. I have 26 acres to maintain and can't wait to start mowing. Business is owned by the father and son team of Richard and Ian Boyan. Richard was my salesman and kept in close contact with me from the beginning until I picked up my new mower. Promises were kept and my new Ventrac was ready when I drove 124 miles one way from SW Tennessee to get my machine. Rich and Ian explained the basics of operation and even let me mow their lawn for free lol. I'm 65 and this mower will last as long as I do. They're not cheap but go big or go home. The dog who looks like a teddy bear barked at me and scared me. He's as harmless as a marshmallow and will let you pet him once you go inside. These guys will give you a square deal and I feel they are honest and motivated. Thanks Rich and Ian!
