I had some issues ordering from their website, and I sent a mail at 22:15. 7 minutes later, a response ticket into my inbox that solved my issue. That is exemplary!

My favourite online board game shop! They always package well and offers combining orders together. Price are good but shipping cost to Malta is slightly on the high side... Still, I love Crowdfinder!

Great service and quick shipping

Ordered Aldarra. Last one I found close to me. Fast delivered, safe and secure.

I ordered from Crowdfinder with an expected delivery date of 2 October. I fully understood this wasn’t guaranteed, but when 2 October arrived the package still hadn’t even shipped. Since this was meant as a gift, I emailed early that morning to cancel my order, before DPD had even received the parcel. I would have been fine if it arrived by 5 October, but I didn’t want to risk missing the important date.

Instead of a solution, I received a dismissive reply stating that cancellation was “impossible” because the package had already left their warehouse. Not only that, but I was warned that if I refused delivery I’d be charged excessive return shipping fees in addition to the original shipping fees.

Here’s the problem: I contacted DPD directly and confirmed the handover didn’t happen until MUCH later that same day - hours after my cancellation request. In other words, the Crowdfinder representative flat-out lied to me.

This company offers no phone number, no meaningful customer support, and apparently no integrity. When a business deceives customers and hides behind vague excuses, it leaves a very bad impression.

I will never order from Crowdfinder again, and I’ll be sharing this experience widely in my gaming group, on BoardGameGeek, and on Reddit. Buyer beware!

USE AN ENGLISH SITE INDSTEAD!

They Sent me a product that was in Dutch despite it clearly stating on their website that it wasn’t language dependant. Mailed them. Received a reply stating “we can’t be held responsible for mistakes on our website as per our terms of service”.

Fast delivery, very good customer care.

My first order, bought 3 games. They made a mistake and sent me an incorrect item - instead of a game which I paid for (Evergreen, 45eur), I incorrectly received an expansion for that game (Evergreen Giant Trees & Mushrooms, 17.50eur)

I have been in the board game hobby for more than a decade and ordered from many online shops. Sometimes issues can happen and a proper customer service takes care of this. So I immediately got in touch and provided proof of the incorrect item received. It took them a couple of days but I eventually got a reply apologising for the “warehouse mistake” and saying they would “check it with the warehouse”.
Seven days have gone by, I have sent many emails asking for updates, and got total silence in return.

At this point, it feels like they are trying to scam me and keep my money.
So be warned - if you are unlucky and there’s an issue with your order you will face this nonexistent customer support, potentially having your money stolen.

Never again!

Not going to lie I was super sceptical before finally pulling the trigger. I never heard about them before.

All that worry was quickly put to the grave. They responded insanely quickly and shipped out the same day I made my purchase.
The product was packaged in a secure and nice manner.
I can really recommend shopping from them :)
