Crown has penalized my account for making a redemption, their customer support is not helpful it does not help to suggest talking to 24/7 Customer Support when they are slow to respond and dont help. It is annoying how each response to a negative review starts with "we are truly sorry" or "I am truly sorry" it is annoying because I know the person is not sorry at all and does not care. "provide the incident number we will look into this." "talk to our 24/7 support to for more clarification"....
