Hello, I´m sorry that you was disappointed about our service. The product you wanted was not in stock, the update of inventory is unfortunately not done in real time but with a time delay and unfortunately our suppliers also have problems with their deliveries to us, so we had no opportunity to solve the problem by quickly ordering the item you were looking for. We are sorry for that and we do continue to work on securing our deliveries of goods to us so that the problem does not lie in the supplychain, so that the goods in the future always are available from our warehouse. I´m sorry that it caused you time waiting for answer when we looked up the possibility to get the product for you. /Catrin
