Extremely disappointed with Carl Bruno

Extremely disappointed and angry with Carl Bruno at Cruise Planners in Wanaque, NJ.

After my partner politely said we would book our cruise directly (his quote was identical to the cruise line website with no added value), he sent this inappropriate reply:
“I know the price may be the same, the amenities may not be? But I guess you are not at least concerned about someone else making a living...”

When I got on the phone, he got quiet and defensive. This agent was recommended by family — they won’t use him anymore either.

No real value provided, just attitude. Book directly and avoid the hassle.
