Stole 50 dollars for bringing back my own money. Wtf is this scam app???

locked out of account after attempting to withdraw CRO to another address, I wasted at least 6 hours with the support who keep making lengthy verifications (asking for personal document number digits without specifying which number is meant) and providing useless advice (like self-opening the mail app instead of the open mail button in the app when opening the login link) and closing the chat each time so that a new one has to be made, requiring the same verification all over again.

Crypto.com get rubbish I invested 19.200 and ends up 18.600 and when it’s going up to 21 net take out goes down 8.500 and it doesn’t allow me to sell when I’m in profit I don’t trust them anymore don’t get into this Exchange it is absolutely rubbish.27.04.2026

I deposited £700 from gambling, and they tell me to verify the payment, and i cant find any area to verify. scamming scum.

I am new to crypto so tried to use this site. To say it is not easy is an understatement. I managed to deposit a small trial amount from my bank account so now wanted to use it to buy a crypto. There are no guides on how to do it and there is not customer support tab. After messing about for over an hour I've given up, Bad.

Allways worked, I am there more than 5 years.
Easy access for crypto for beginners, card gives cashback for allmost everything.

The customer service is terrible.

There's in-app customer support but you first get connected with a bot. When you finally get connected with a person it's like they started their job yesterday - they can't tell you anything other than what you can already read on their website. Their communication skills are also terrible - they don't answer your question and repeat the same answer back to you even after you try to clarify.

Then they tell you they're escalating your issue but can't give you any idea when you might expect to get an answer. I'm still waiting...

These comments come after multiple repeated similar interactions with Crypto.com in-app customer support.

On April 22 2026 I executed a transaction from a coin to bitcoin. At the time I had just under $3200 in funds from this crypto. When I went to make the trade I had to get off the app and do something well, the app executed the trade for me while I was doing something else (I think there is 15 sec delay) no big deal as I planned to do it anyways. Well why did I get only around $2900 in Bitcoin when Crypto.com says I paid no fees in the coin I traded? Well I couldn’t have been charged almost $300 right? Wrong! I’m on the chat with customer service as I’m typing this and for the past 40 minutes they REFUSE to tell me the exact price the coin was when the trade happened! No other platform did this! It’s not in the email receipt, it’s not in the app where the transaction occurred NOTHING says what the price was upon execution of the trade a their own customer service won’t tell me??? Crypto.commons scamming customers and I have the proof. Run as fast as you can!

I barely got started on the Exchange, and I ran into deposit issues. My first two USD deposits worked perfectly. The next five attempts were "Unsuccessful." Got the emails with no explanation.
One would think this is a simple issue to deal with. I spent two frustrating hours dealing with the AI Chat Assist. I finally was allowed to chat with a human. The human only said he would escalate my issue. I have never heard back. My Issue on the Chat is designated "closed." Any further inquiry attempt of mine is "denied."

There is no phone number and no email address. I gave Crypto.com a chance, and they blew it on something so very simple. Therefore, Crypto.com is far too risky for my money. Buyer Beware!

I traded 4500 Euros to crypto, tried to send it to another trading platform and got flagged, so sending crypto is locked, if I try to trade it back to cash, they take a 600 euro spread - Great business model, bad for clients.

Also they have locked in funds that I sent to it, so I have two payments I cant get a hold of, until they get their finger out.

They rape your bitcoin everytime you go to send it from their site. Every single time I have paid someone out from their platform by the time it gets to them they take out fees. Never had this happen with anyone else. Even paying out from Cashapp my payee always gets full amount. I paid someone 82.16 for a sevice by the time they got it an hour later my person recieved 69. I had to send him 14 more from cashapp bitcoin. My advice is RUN DONT WALK from them! They will not last!

The crypto.com app is unreliable. The app took $550 from my bank account. It was ann unauthorized transaction and now they are making me wait until the 22nd for a refund. Customer support by email and/or the chat did not resolve anything. I was not regarded as a person.

Con artists, to withdraw they want you to deposit similar amount, then when you want to withdraw that they want a larger deposit. You never get your money out they always come up with an excuse that something has been entered incorrectly. Then they sell all your holding and keep the money.

Crypto.com is horrible...they have lousy customer service, I have money lost in their system wright now and they refuse to track it...they won't give me confirmation that it's still pending...they won't connect my with the fraud department, I wonder why...and on top of all the horrific service, they charged me over 30$ for this transaction that they have yet to confirm to me that it's still pending...cause all I see is a receipt that says processed...I not the smartest person but I do know, processed, and pending mean two different things...one means complete, the other means still in process...

Not Foreigner Friendly Crypto, very strict

They refuse to allow you to withdraw funds unless you make a bank transfer first, somehow this wasn’t mentioned when I originally made a card deposit.

Once done, they then charge £1.90 to withdraw your funds back to the same bank account. Huge scam website which needs to be investigated.

Just wrong...everything. the experience on this platform is very disappointing. Paying 200€/ year for pro just to be treated like garbage

Your limit order is ass, fix it and you could likely keep more business. My limits fill on binance etc. right away
