100% scam, was using them for years, and since April they are holding my coins and not letting withdraw. All the time wallets are offline and customer support does not answer any email, DONT USE THEM ANYBODY

Deposited funds back in 2019 to store them securley, at least the last 6 months all wallets been offline.

Seems to be some sort of exitscam, be aware, no one is able to withdraw their funds for a long time.

First Warning for people who lost thier funds like me. There are some people here and cominting that there is website they would recover your funds dont ever trust them i gave them 900usd in btc to recover my dogecoins and they scam me too. Why why why are people so mean. all my saving that i had.

0 stars for these greedy piggs. i have 37k dogecoins on pending transiction. Why are these ppl so greedy.

I signed up to Cryptonator back in 2017 and didn't know what I was doing and didn't pay much attention to Cryptonator either.

I had my BTC on Binance and with FTX news and dodgy Binance news, I took it off as fast as I could on 13th December 2022.

I could login to Cryptonator.com so didn't think anything of it, although accounts were offline, I figured due to maintenance.

I didn't do due diligence/research before and now it looks like it's a big scam. Very annoying and stupid of me.

Binance says transaction has been processed and my Bitcoin Address on CoinMarketCap Blockchain shows the value transferred.

Is there anyway to get the transaction back? Anyone suing them? Know where they live? Because I will happily go and break their legs. Any names?

I have some Crypto on their website/wallet still, but can't withdraw.

I have 2 BTC in pending transaction for many months now. People, let us unify somehow and try to sue them. Or at least to collect our requests and ask some professional company to do it on our behalf. I am sure they can be sued and there are hundreds or even thousands of customers who lost their money. J

My bitcoins were locked as "OFFLINE" around a year ago, and there is no answer to any emails I sent, total scam, very frustrating!

All of their wallets went offline months ago. Last message posted was at the end of April that they were relaunching services. No further messages have been posted and support does not respond to emails. If you had any assets there (thankfully I got mine out before this happened) it's pretty safe to assume that they've taken them and you're never going to see them again.

I have an amount there, in multiple coins, but most of it is BTC ,the wallets are all OFFLINE, and they respond only once, 1 month ago, any idea for help? i emailed them for 2 months. They said they have problems with servers or something like that. I use they services for years. I don't know whats happening. I will let you know if they are serious or not. I will post again if they will be bring wallets online and was really a problem.

They stole my doge coins. Support doesn’t respond.

I literally sent the money to a merchant through bitcoin, it got fully confirmed and they still failed to even process the transaction as (PAID). Failed gateway of payment. DO NOT USE!

I have been waiting for my DOGE coin to be transferred from them to my other account from May 2021! As of the date of this review, I have not received my crypto nor will they answer any emails sent to them. CLEARLY a scam...USER BEWARE!!!!!

Here is another victim of the scam. I have requested a withdrawal from Doge and it is still pending after 24 hours. No answer in support either, EVERYTHING IS IN VANISH. I am still waiting for my money. I have lost about $100 in Doge. Opportunists!!!

I did 90000 DOGE transfer from this website still pending after 4 weeks with out a TID . no response to the tickets
