False Advertisements, Wrong Items Sent, Broken Pieces - WORST Customer Services EVER.

Buy From These Guys at Your Own Risk - Honestly, you'll get more satisfaction setting your money on fire.
I was a first time customer with this company and bought 4 separate items from them. When the parcel arrived I was disappointed to find that 1) the 925 lobster claw clasps I bought, though advertised as 12 x 6mm were actually 8 x 4.5mm; 2) the Swarovski flower beads I ordered were the wrong colour; 3) the Swarovski Bicone beads were crammed together in one bag resulting in the pitting/breakage of multiple beads; 4) the 925 drop pendants were covered in a powdery residue that required a lot of cleaning to remove - and they were underwhelming at best once cleaned.
So I did what any normal customer would do and sent a detailed email to them with pics to back up my claims and to ask for replacements or my money back (and told them I would not be paying to return the items as I already paid to have the parcel sent). They wrote back and told me the following (I kid you not):
1) We don't want you as a customer anymore - you complain too much.
2) Regarding the 925 clasps, they told me "nobody else ever complained about the smaller than advertised sizes" (on their website, the only comment left by another customer for this item was that it was smaller than advertised) - so despite false advertising, and the evidence of the wrong size shown in 2 photos of the clasps on a ruler for reference in the email I sent, they still denied the clasps were indeed wrong.
3) Regarding the wrong coloured Swarovski crystal beads (I ordered clear AB, they sent yellow/purple), and despite 2 pics taken under UV lights with actual crystal AB beads beside them for reference, they told me I "wasn't seeing them in the right light" and that what I was seeing, was not what I was actually seeing (consumer gaslighting at a whole new level - I make jewellery for a living and know my beads for crying in the sink...).
4) Regarding the broken Swarovski beads (that broke due to being crammed altogether in a small baggie), I was told "it's NORMAL for customers to receive broken beads and it's not their problem nor are they willing to replace them" (keeping in mind they don't even offer extra packaging options for beads that are normally packaged singly when you buy them from most other reputable sellers and certainly from Swarovski - these are not cheap beads btw).
I cannot believe these guys have any customers. I've never been so rudely dealt with by such an incompetent customer services department and I've told them I'll be leaving reviews like this everywhere I can. I've noticed they've already removed some of the items that I reviewed on their website so none of you can read the truth left by myself and fellow consumers (and I'm pretty sure they're trying to remove the FB comments I just left even as I write this - happily they cannot remove this review). All in all, there are so many better and more considerate sellers of these products in the UK and it won't take but a moment to find some of them (check out Beads Unlimited for example - good customer services, similar, but better range of items at frequently lower costs - and that's just one alternative off the top of my head). I honestly cannot say enough bad things about this company and hope you'll take my cautionary tale to heart before you decide to shell out your hard earned money to a company that doesn't care about their products, the veracity of their advertisements or their customers. Consider yourself forewarned - so now you're forearmed. Caveat Emptor indeed.
