Used a 60 year old photo but result was great. perfectly cropped, beautifully packaged and delivered really quickly. Have spoken to customer services too and they are really helpful and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for this kind of product.

I have ordered X Large Rectangle for my wife's birthday. The work was very good and all of us are very happy with the product. We have received it one day later but I think it is understandable with the holidays in between. I have seen few negative reviews about Crystal face regarding lack of communication and some stating it scam. From my experience, he responded well and missed calls when he is busy. Crystal face is genuine.

I had a small wait for part of my order but feel they went out of their way to get it to me for Xmas. Very happy with the product. I’m sure it will be a very appreciated gift.

This would have been a 4 star as the communication was not forthcoming even though I made many attempts to get info regarding my order. I perhaps left it late to order such a gift as I ordered early December and Tom has been overrun with low staff due to Covid which working in retail I totally understand. The results of the Crystal on the other hand is absolutely 5 star. My father passed recently and being one of six siblings we all came together to get a memorable gift for mum and I know she is going to be thrilled with the outcome. Tom/Sally my only critique is communication. If you could improve this then I know 5 stars would be the only reviews you would receive because the end product is truly amazing. I wish you all the very best for Christmas.

I ordered a large Crystal as a Xmas gift for my sister in law in Australia as my brother died recently (November 20), after losing his battle to cancer, the service was like no other, Yom is such a kind man, keeping in touch and then to top it if he sent me a Crystal keyring with my brothers image on in 3D free of charge totally as a surprise.
I cried as it was so beautiful but also his kindness is amazing - restores your faith in life -would not hesitate to recommend this Company

Please do not trust this person, he’s full of promises which he never keeps. I ordered a Crystal of him for my father as a gift, but it’s still failed to arrive! I’ve sent several emails along with text messages, but yes you’ve got it no response! He’s taken my money right enough, but no Crystal. Please believe me when I say this, do not send this person any money for you’ll not see it again. So buyers be very aware this is a person who cannot be trusted to deliver anything never mind a Crystal!

Was a little frightened about just sending a photo but I'm really pleased how they have turned out.

Wow absolutely over the moon with the finished product sent from Crystalface the 3D image in the glass is so life like best money I’ve spent this year on a Christmas present for the misses.
Also the service from start to finish with Tom over the phone as also been faultless would highly recommend this small company to anyone

From start to finish nothing was too hard for them.The quality and clarity of the finished image in the glass was amazing,top quality..........my wife is going to love her Christmas presents this year.
We are going to become grandparents in April and will definitely be coming back to Crystal Face for a picture of our grandchild.

My crystals arrived this morning - over the moon with them and so worth the wait - Tom’s small business ha received a lot of negative reviews but can’t honestly say that they’re not true. Tom is working really hard around the clock to ensure orders are fulfilled. If you’re feeling unsure about anything don’t hesitate to get in touch with Tom. He is working on his own so give the poor man a chance to get through everything. He will get back to you and you will get your order and be very happy.

When I managed to get in contact with Tom via email, he spent lots of time reassuring me that the incredibly harsh reviews out there aren’t true about his business. He updated me and sent me pictures, and also added in an extra gift and paid for extra postage due to the delay in getting my order. (I had never had tracking details at first but my order was returned to Tom). I now have picture evidence of my order and a tracking number so can safely say the product is on the way.
If you have any problems with your order don’t hesitate to email or phone Tom he will be there every step of the way and make sure you get your gift. He owns a small business and getting these negative reviews are really detrimental to his sales. He is a very hardworking man who takes pride in what he does and has been working around the clock to put people at ease and complete orders. Sometimes he hasn't always prioritised communication, administration, making and sending in the most effective way but he is putting in 150% and doing everything on his own. 2020 has been a difficult year for so many and many businesses have failed. Please continue to support Crystal face and Tom as you will be delighted with the end result and when he sees an email etc. He will update you as he can. I like many others thought this was a scam - what the other people were saying in their reviews was what was happening to me - but I can promise you it’s just challenging times for everyone at the moment. Tom is completely genuine, have trust and patience - this is not a scam and you’re goods will come and any problems
Tom will get back to you as soon as physically possible. With Coronavirus as well, it has been hard to physically post things due to restrictions. All I can save is have patience, have faith, and your order will get to you and you’ll be delighted. If you don’t get an immediate email response Tom will get back to you when he can at work and he will reassure you all the way

There was concerns from reviews that crystal face go quiet and never send a tracking number or review - this is completely untrue - I was worried this was the case as didn’t hear over the weekend but Tom explained how much he had tried and has gone above and beyond to get it posted and a tracking number and receipt to me today. He is very hard working and from what I understand is working long hours on his own, and therefore does not always have the time to balance communication, administration, design and making. He has provided me with pictures of the finished product and also included an extra gift for the delay in my order in the package.
It is good to support small businesses and he is very hard working but from what I can see has fallen on tough times.
Hopefully, going forward he will manage to get some help and support to meet the demands of his business ...but if you have ordered or are thinking about placing an order persevere and he will go out of his way to fulfil your order. I am very grateful for what he has provided by email and am so excited to receive the products in due course.
I was very skeptical as have read many conflicting reviews especially saying they never received their order, they never sent tracking numbers, thieves etc. Etc. but now truly believe that it is a genuine small business that is just extremely busy and trying to get the right balance of production, admin and communication and survive a tough climate.
I feel sorry that I had to push for the service, but I believe that he is trying his best.
Thank you for your emails of today Tom - I will update again when I receive the items - and best of luck with making your business succeed as the business idea and concept is great - I was just frustrated by lack of communication and having to chase you all the time - you’re amazing at the making so it’s just a shame that there are so many harsh reviews out there that make people question your integrity.
Sorry for the harsh review earlier - but thank you for getting back to me and making amends - it’s is challenging times for everyone and it’s important we keep supporting businesses like Tom’s.

Wow... I don't even know where to begin really - I suppose chronologically would make sense:
I knew I wanted an engraved photo crystal (it is a present for my parents) and I was shopping around and came across Crystal Face. I contacted them, asking about whether we'd be able to see the design before it was manufactured and Tom got back to me quickly, and he was very helpful. He gave me tips on how to choose a good photo and said how the team would usually choose what parts to remove (background etc.) and what parts to keep (parts of the background that make the picture make sense, such as the ground). The information he gave was invaluable and I chose to use them for my purchase - and I'm so glad I did.
The delivery took around 3 weeks - which isn't fast, but they kept me updated and I'm glad they didn't rush it or anything. I am so pleased with the design and I'm certain my parents will love it.

P.S. I've seen a few reviews about people not receiving their orders... I don't know what they're about - this isn't a scam. My only thought is that it was during the COVID lockdown when the business was closed so the products were backlogged, but either way, what they do is ART!

Still Have not recieved my order. This review was prior to notification from yourself that the order had been damaged prior to posting. I patiently await a late birthday gift, as it still has not arrived and I didnt receive a photo of the finished product as advised.

So Very happy with my crystal , boxed beautifully, was well worth the little wait ,good comunication from tom . He also sent me a keyring which is lovely ,and was an added bonus , as well as sending a larger crystal than the one i ordered .so top marks to you tom , will order again ,

I ordered from Crystal Face to give my friend a nice christmas present. The shipping is amazing and arrives on time, also the owner of Crystal Face is very polite and nice and he called me to say he had changed the shape because he felt as if it would look more better and it really does I'm so shocked how amazing the product came out I would recommend this to everyone.
