The owner isn't the most organised, and it may take him a while. HOWEVER, the crystals he produces are the best by far, and I've tried a few. Images are breathtakingly good.

Got one of these for my husband for our dog who passed away and I can’t believe how amazing it came out. We got one for a wedding present and wanted to get one to match. So happy with everything!

The product is fantastic!! Was extremely grateful for the additional keyring that was also sent!! My partner absolutely loves her cube!! Will definitely be ordering again!!

Great product - just took a month to arrive. Worth the wait, just order it early!

Very pleased with product but deeply disappointed with customer service. Recieved products after 4 weeks and they were not the right order, I ordered a landscape crystal and it came portrsit with 2 people in it. However the crystal and engravement were good quality and I was given a free crystal key ring which was beautiful. If only emails were answered and some explanation about lateness was given, I would have been more understanding. The reality was that I missed the 2 birthdays it was purchased for and I cannot forget that.

Considering I ordered my product to be delivered by the 7th of August AND still not received it, absolutely shocking.
How the hell you can send me a rating report is the icing on the cake.
Please speak to PayPal and perhaps they will explain my claim back to your company.
Absolutely shocking service, never ever again will I use your company.

Ordered 2 months ago didn’t get anything .. phoned 29 times mailed 20 times no contact nothing

Then I got it through the door 2 months later

I have learnt my lesson by going on average TrustPilot ratings. I will, in future, be looking at the more recent reviews.

I appreciate with the ongoing pandemic there will be delays, but there is no excuse for simply ignoring emails.

I emailed the seller on 2 separate occasions and have had to raise a case on PayPal to get my money back as there is no response.

If Crystal Face continue to stay in business with such poor customer service I will be avoiding them in future.

Hello everyone I waiting a lot longer than the expected delivery date but that is only because the man is working alone now due to covid instead of a team of 11+. I actually thought that the man had me off just like everyone else thinks but he is trying his best to get things done and you should recieve your item pretty soon and you will realise with the quality of the item(s) it was most certainly worth the wait. Also the man was very apologetic and made the problem better once he explained himself so give him time.

I Ordered a Crystal Photo Rectangle for a dear friend who had lost there dog, on the 29th June, was expecting to receive the item within 10 days, I have emailed and phoned 3 times on each, i have had no reply what so ever, I am very disappointed because this was a special present, and the Website looks so professional, I paid via paypal, and the money was taken from my account on the day of ordering, if there is a problem and the order is delayed at least have the decency to either phone or email back, i can see the order of the website but there is no explanation on there also tried the chat service and it just went round is a loop, very poor service, be very vary of using this company

It took more than one month till i got my tracking Id. On the website was written delivery in 7 days. I had choosen the express option which should delivery by 3 days but 1 month delay is to much.

Poor communication - could not get hold of anyone either by email or telephone. Item did not receive within the 3-5 days as suggested when ordered. The order has apparently finally been dispatched however I am still waiting for it 22 days later and my hermes says they are still waiting for it so I don't expect to receive it any time soon. I have requested a refund but have not been offered one as of yet. Will never use or recommend the company.

I ordered a crystal rectangle for my son and his partner, of their baby scan photo (my first grandchild). I shopped around first because I wanted to be sure of the quality and that every little detail would be picked up in the etching. Yes there were cheaper alternatives, but Crystal Face looked to be the best. Order placed easily, and delivery was really quick. I haven't seen the finished piece in the flesh, only a photograph, but it looks amazing, just how I imagined, it included all the typed details given on the scan too. My son and partner are so pleased with it, they say its beautiful and a lovely keepsake. Thank you Crystal Face

Lovely product customer service was great and arrived on time.

I was starting to get a little concerned because I'd not heard anything for a few weeks since I placed my order. I then received an email from the owner apologising for the delay and lack of communication which was all down to the covid lockdown. I can fully appreciate and understand the problems and frustration this can cause small companies as I'm also in the retail industry and on furloughed leave myself. The crystal itself is absolutely amazing! Pictures on the website don't do them justice, my girlfriend can't stop staring at it. I will definitely be ordering another one in the future.
