Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
I usually don’t write reviews but this place definitely needs one to stop other’s from losing their money.
Had a baby scan done here (ultrasound babyface) (crystalface) on 29th Feb thought i give them a try but worse mistake ever..i was told after the scan i will receive my crystal & led keyring the following week after but still haven’t got it! Its been over 2months now emailed them constantly but no reply don’t understand how hard can it be to email back to keep us updated on our orders!!!
When it come to booking they’re quick to take your money!
This place needs to close down!

Out of the blue, my order arrived yesterday on the 16/05/2020. Firstly I want to say that the products are absolutly stunning... even better than I could imagine. So I would give 5 stars for the product, but I would still give 1 star for customer service. Still not a word of contact from the supplier in any form, No paperwork in the box, no message to say sorry that the order was 5th March, and delivered on 15th May (missing my anniversary on 6th April, which is why I placed the order in the first place). No appology Nothing!

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago over £400 and despite several emails, several texts, no reply from the supplier. I did get an email saying dpd were about to collect my order for delivery to me next day 3 weeks ago, but then the dpd number no longer worked. My credit card is now taking action to get my refund along with trading standards and bbc watchdog to stop more people getting conned.

SOS. Attention all prospective buyers from this guy. Don't be influenced by this person's impressive site. There is no company, they are all puppies. It is a man show, presented under different names, and a well-crafted big scam. Years ago he was fooling the world from London and when he was revealed to be a fraudster, he fled to Bristol. All the positive comments he publishes are fake, he builds and publishes them himself to deceive the public. He collects money and never sends the crystals that naive customers order, like me.
Two months ago I paid for two crystals and since then he was fooling me with stupid excuses for the delay, until he disappeared completely a week ago. Those who can complain to him at Interpol to save his next victims. A little research I did verified the above. You have been very careful!!

Order placed in good faith as an Anniversary present 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for the order to arrive. I called Tom at Crystal Face who apologised, promised a credit and delivery of my order which has still NOT arrived. I have called, emailed, used the web chat feature and am just getting ignored. Pathetic customer service leaving me out of pocket also - I have demanded a full refund which is also being ignored. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Although a rocky start, due to order delay, No contact. I could not reach them on the phone, or via e-mail etc. Unfortunately I had to involve paypal as I was very concerned. I eventually received a call at home and they explained they had been inundated with orders. A quick call or message from them before hand would have been all it would have taken!!! Overall I have to commend them on the quality of the order. It was so beautiful. I was reduced to tears when it arrived. Absolutely stunning. I will be recommending crystalface.co.uk to all my friends and family. A+++ Thank-You.

I purchased a large crystal rectangle as a gift for my Dad and stepmum. They recently tragically lost one of their two cats after more than a decade with them, and I wanted to give them a special keepsake with both cats in. The only photos they had were pretty poor quality and/or contained a lot of clutter in the background. Tom from Crystal Face assured me they could 'work magic' with these less than ideal photos and I am glad I trusted him, as they really did. The end result is really beautiful and professional, and my Dad and stepmum are delighted with it. I also really appreciated how Tom kept in touch with me (despite my being in the States), and the attention to detail down to the nice lined box the crystal arrived in. Highly recommend this company.

I initially had a problem with the delivery on my order.
Following my review I received a phone call from Tom who apologised and as I live in the same city as the shop he delivered the item personally. My son who the order is for was really pleased with the quality of the product which he said was 'banging'. I have changed my review to 4 stars to reflect that the problem was sorted quickly and the product is very good quality.

Just had my second large Iceberg and base from Crystalface, just as good as the first one I ordered, really pleased with the quality of the product.
I asked that it be ready for a certain date so I could ship it overseas with family, Tom turned it around exactly when I needed it.
Will definately use them again, such a distinctive gift. Thanks for everything.5 stars

Ordered a light base on 24th December still not arrived and also recently 2 gifts which have also not arrived. Despite trying to contact this company in numerous occasions my queries have been ignored. I’ve emailed now to cancel and demand a full refund. We will see how this pans out! Seething

DO NOT ORDER from this company, I placed a order on the 28th of dec for a friends 50th birthday, The only confirmation email I had that I ordered was from PayPal. I have rung them emailed them no one answers you. I spoke once with a Tom on his mobile who said they have had trouble with staffing and a back log from Christmas etc etc, promised my crystal would be with me by wed 22nd January. NO crystal. What sort of business is this . Crooks!!! Give me my hard earned money back , And answer the phone!!! REPORTED to PayPal. 😬😬😬

Ordered two pieces totalling £264.00 on 30th December for my wife's birthday. Supposedly 4 working day turn around. Still not received as of today. They won't reply to emails and company telephone goes straight to answer phone.
Managed to speak to a guy called Tom on his personal mobile (number found on facebook page)who promised to send them on two separate occasions.Still didn't do it. I ran out of patience and asked for a refund through answerphone but no response. Currently pursuing a claim through Paypal. Only gave one star because you can't give it any less.

It's been 2 weeks since I ordered a very special gift for a birthday tomorrow and it still hasn't arrived! order is still showing status of Open. I have emailed the company 4 times since Monday and had no reply!!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND SHOCKING!

It did arrive late and were difficult to contact for a while, but they made amends and delivered a fine, much larger product than ordered at no extra cost.

Really happy with our choice of photo! They absolutely did it proud, was received as a lovely gift and hopefully happy reminders.

Ordered a gift for my partners xmas just been delivered, very impressed with the gift box, but the glass cube which has been done with 3 figures on it does not look like anything on the website. All in all 6 out of 10.

Could not fault them, had a few little issues to begin with but they went above and beyond to ensure the product was the best it could be. Constantly kept up to date with me and were a real delight from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them. Especially as the finished quality of the crystal is impeccable.

I ordered a crystal which came on time, however I also ordered an led light base & usb cable.
This order took way longer than the crystal, considering it didn’t have to be created only tested, I was extremely frustrated with the lack of response to emails, calls and even texts!
The customer service is 0% on chasing orders, sometimes taking days , that’s even if you get a reply!
When you place your trust in a company on line, you expect a good service!
I was and still am extremely disappointed with customer service from this company!
I was promised over the phone on 10/12/19 that my items would be with me by 13/12/19,
that didn’t happen! They were delivered today 18/12/19! Only a short gap, but enough to make me anxious!
Work needs to be done on customer service!
