fantastic service from start to finish

I purchased an new jet chipper in May 2022 - loved the machine -broke in Oct 25 just 16months after warranty and machine is now obsolete. Support has sent a few parts that should have fitted the machine but did not - Machine now classed as scrap - as we cannot fix - crytec were helpful initially and the machine was excellent - would have purchased again if they had given a discount on a new machine -they did 10% not really a sizeable discount would have expected the original machine to last 3-5 years - it has not. Disappointed final service was not better. Machine was excellent when it worked

I’ve bought 2 products from Crytec,
20” chainsaw which is a awesome piece of machinery and makes wood cutting easy but still fun. Best part is the easy action pull start.
6 ton Log splitter which I had an issue with which was best described as a design flaw which was passed onto the company. I got the steel plate rewelded at a local firm and Crytec refunded it in full
In summary a terrific company to buy from which has a superb after sales department, and from who I would not hesitate to buy from in the future

The outlet for this tool is too small so clogs up very easily when a bit of damp meterial goes in. Imo it needs opening up and making bigger with less angle. I did email about this when I bought the machine with no reply

Log splitter.
Delivered on time well packaged on strong plastic pallet. Log splitter was simple to build and has had no problem splitting beech which I thought could be too tough for machine.

Bougth a 58cc 3.3hp 20" Crytec chainsaw a few weeks ago and unfortunitly it wouldn't start. I contacted Crytec and there after sales team quickly arranged a swap delivery and I had the replacement within 24 hours. The replacement was easy to put together (you just need to attach the chain and bar (which you will need to be able to do later for cleaning etc., so good practice). The Crytec chainsaw started on the 3rd pull, then on 1st pull every time I restarted it; and it cutt through 12 spruce (Christmas) trees (5" + trunks) in less than 15 minutes, with a cut like a hot knife through butter. It also has ample power for bigger trees, e.g. I also felled a large silver birch with a 15" diameter trunk with ease. The saw also came with an excellent tool kit, carry bag with shoulder strap, mixer bottle and easy to follow manual.

I purchased a mini dumper recently and was very impressed with the ease of ordering, the company communication, and the product in general.
I will certainly consider this company again in future when I need new equipment.👍
