Always a Problem.
If you have time for facing with issues that will cause you stress and head-aches, then this is the right agent for you.
- : App and Website Bugs.
You will not see a day without any app or website issues. The app always gets refined and updates but these are only optical updates. Technical issues are still there. I told that to the discord server of CSSBuy many times in tickets and explained the situation in detail. They dont care!
- : The Staff
You will have lots of communication issues with the Staff that is working in the warehouse or at the office of CSSBuy (Discord is better). They mostly dont understand what you say and do things you dont even tell them to do. And they dont even say what they are doing and at the end you just get surprised by what they have done! Communication here in this business is the most important thing here!!! If your staff cant talk proper english, then recruit new ones for gods sake!

Some Staff will just abuse the power of being a moderator and will time-out you or ban you just because they dont like you , your opionion or the message you sent. (No matter even if you didn't break the server/discord rules).
To be honest , my first Parcel experience was good. The rest was mostly always coming with issues. I am very disappointed from CSSBuy.
Buying directly from a seller or from different agents would be more better and probably also cheaper, as it looks like that the prices have been increasing.
For me there is no advantage of buying from CSSBuy. No recommend👎
