I bought CssHero on June 1st and found that the design of CssHero's official website was very beautiful, but I found that the backend of the website was very simple.
But I installed it to WordPress and found that the software was stuck and the interface design was very poor.
On June 11th, I sent an email to request a refund. Please note that csshero does not have a work order service, only emails can be sent.
But now it is June 13th and I have not received any response.
CssHero has stopped updating in 2023, please watch their youtube channel.

I love CSSHero
I love CSSHero, it was so worth the investment. I am a freelance web developer and I bought the lifetime package and it's been so helpful. The customer service has been great in my experience. It's so easy to customize WordPress websites now and it even saves money in the long run by being able to easily get around other "pro" features of other plugins. It's so awesome to be able to easily modify the CSS without using a child theme or anything else.

Terrible service.
The feedback of customer service is quite good before purchasing. It took about 6 hours.
However, the customer is totally ignored by csshero after purchasing. It took more than 10 days and no reply yet.

I recommend the tool. CSS Hero is a really easy to use tool when you need to make quick edits using CSS on your Wordpress website.
They also have a very responsive friendly Support Team.
