This company is my worse life experience
Contract 20 hours /5 days per week
Salary : Minimum wage and then Minimum wage + 1 Euro (Supervisor)
From the first month of my employment I had missing hours on payslip and that continued for the rest of my working contract.Every month there were missing money on my payslip, either wrong calculation, travel allowance or even missing a full day of work.
I worked alone, most of the time, in an enviroment which needed 4 collegues.Lifting and carrying 60-80 kg per day of linen all alone. If I was lucky, some temporary worker showed up to help me,if not,my manager wouldn't have a solution,or she wouldn't answer my phone calls, so the work has to be carried by myself.
I got promoted to Supervisor, even if there were no other collegues, and at the end of the period, bacause I refused to work 6 days per week, they decrease my salary ,pretending the promotion never happened.I was bullied and discriminated by my manager and by the HR manager(I am person with disability ).I've been asked if something happen in my childhood ,like is something wrong with me.After 2 years under the contract I sent them a wage claim of 800 Euro, because I could not take it anymore, and finnaly i got my my money.Of course, they did not paid the stationary interest payment.
I never got an apology in their letter when my salary was incomplete ,like this is a very normal situation and I should be grateful that I received something, even if is not the right amount.
After so much ''slavery'',I got very sick and during this period they were unreasonable, not paying the correct amount of sickpay, putting pressure to sign a VSO agreement,or even telling me that I cannot be sick.
Under the GDPR law they shared my personal information with other organisations for Surveys without my consent.
My manager always look down on me,manipulative, never answer my emails concerning my payslip. When I confronted the HR manager about the wrong calculation on my payslip, his answer was: ís just a few cents.
My employment has ended recently and CSU paid again the wrong amount of Transitievergoeding.
