Disappointed!!! La poste is not recommended

La poste is not at all recommended. It is slow or may be a chaos. I am expecting a letter since 16 days and i still didn't get it. They have said it will take 4-8 days to reach (same on website) but today it's the 16th day. My friend has sent me a letter (From France to India) for Visa purposes which i need to submit in next 5 days. I dont even know if i can claim my loss which i may have because of it. Disappointed!!!!!!
