All of the people at the front desk were amazing and helpful. They spent a total of 3 - 5 hours discussing, explaining, correcting, and compromising for the cheapest and top notch parts to build a custom computer. Not only that but they looked into my picky request for a keyboard.
The reason I don't give them a 5/5 though, is because of the people that weren't at the front desk. The woman who answered call support was very rude, impolite, and didn't know a thing; claiming that my motherboard came with an SSD attached.
Now, a family member of mine and myself had a perfectly fine experience with whoever put our computers together, however they avoided double-checking it internally through turning the computers on.
So, my computer didn't read the correct graphic card (I have 2) and my family member's hard drive wasn't wiped properly so it managed to have everything doubled, that means 2 of the same operating system on it and everything.
Aside from the call-receptionist & not internally preparing the parts diligently, the rest of their service is amazing.
