I feel obliged to leave a review after contacting CTEK support for the first time this week after 8 years of using their products.
Brilliant support team sent me a spare part for free after I lost it somewhere. They dont sell the part, so I am extremely grateful.
I own 4 different CTEK products and have never had to raise a ticket because their devices are just rock solid in my experience. Ive had to recharge my Ford van battery multiple times and when I eventually installed solar, D250SE_Smartpass 129S, that became a thing of the past and we have a solid reliable power setup in the van that keeps the beers cold. Cheers CTEK!

Had a support request. They answered in a timely manner and resolved my issue. Im satisfied.

Excellent product and very easy to use

I purchased a CTEK MXS 5.0 and, 1 year later, it quit working. I notified CTEK, and they corresponded quickly and honored their warranty.

The CTEK trickle charger keeps fully charged the battery in a car that is used only occasionally. Without the charger, the car's battery would go dead from lack of use. By keeping the battery fully charged, the charger also extends the life of the battery. When I called the company to inquire about a replacement plug, they promptly sent the part free of charge.

I bought this charger with the cigarette lighter adapter so I can use it on a sports car that doesn’t get a lot of use, as the battery was basically dead when the car arrived early April. Getting past level three took well over 30 hrs. and I used the repair mode setting and eventually the charger did its thing and it got past level three on its way to a full charge. Now the charger stays in trickle/float mode and the battery is in excellent condition once again. Love the charger, intuitive controls and the quality.

Well first of all the quality of the product and website is excellent found out on cursory investigation that they are great easy to use also asked about my application nand this was recommended (your site) indoor/outdoor care mode (my reason for purchase)recharge low unit etc,etc! thanks again for your product and your assistance God Bless!

This company makes high quality products with great functionality. The chargers work extremely reliable. Also, their customer support team is fantastic and are always willing to help out. I have owned a CTEK battery charger since 2009. It has been in constant use 24/7 since new. Zero problems, zero issues. I've asked CTEK a few questions over the years. Questions were answered promptly and completely. The CTEK line of battery chargers/maintainers are simply the best available.
